A package-type compressor includes a body unit, a controller, a casing, a first cooling air inlet, a second cooling air inlet, a cooling air outlet, a fan duct, a cooling fan, an air cooling type heat exchanger, a machine chamber, and a cooling duct. The cooling duct is provided below the fan duct, the cooling duct causing the cooling air taken in at the second cooling air inlet to flow along the controller toward the suction port of the fan duct. A vertical projection plane of the cooling fan overlaps the machine chamber and the cooling duct.

Package-type compressor

Provided is a fluid machine configured such that liquid supplied to a working chamber from the outside of the fluid machine is dispersed extensively in the working chamber. This fluid machine is constituted of a screw rotor and a casing for accommodating the screw rotor and is provided with a liquid supply section for supplying liquid into a working chamber from the outside. The liquid supply section is configured so that liquid is dispersed in the longitudinal direction of the tooth groove of the screw rotor rather than in the width direction thereof.

Fluid machine

Provided is a package-type compressor that can improve cooling performance for cooling a body unit and a control panel. The package-type compressor includes: a cooling fan accommodated in a fan duct to induce a flow of cooling air taken in through inlets and discharged through an outlet; a machine chamber that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along a body unit; and a cooling duct that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along the control panel. A center position of the suction port of the fan duct is offset away from the inlet and toward the inlet with respect to a center position of a drive shaft of a motor of the body unit.

There is provided a liquid feeding type screw compressor that can reduce size and weight and improve vibration insulation and sound insulation. A liquid feeding type screw compressor includes as components: a compressor main body; a motor driving the compressor main body; and a gas-liquid separator separating a liquid from a compressed air discharged from the compressor main body. The motor is arranged above the compressor main body. The gas-liquid separator is arranged below the compressor main body. A compressor main body casing constituting an inner cylindrical space forming a compression operation chamber together with the screw rotor and constituting the contour of the compressor main body and a casing constituting the contour of another component consist of an integrally molded single member.

Liquid feeding type screw compressor

The objective of the present invention is to provide a scroll-type fluid machine for which the service life can be improved by reducing the load applied to a rotation prevention mechanism. To solve this problem, this scroll-type fluid machine is characterized by being equipped with a stationary scroll, an orbiting scroll that is provided opposing the stationary scroll and undergoes turning movement, a casing provided on the outside of the orbiting scroll, a drive shaft that drives and turns the orbiting scroll, a boss plate part that is provided separated from the orbiting scroll and is connected to the drive shaft, and multiple rotation prevention mechanisms provided between the boss plate part and the casing, and is characterized in that the boss plate part has multiple rotation-prevention-mechanism-side boss plate parts connected to the rotation prevention mechanisms, and a drive-shaft-side boss plate part connected to the drive shaft, and spaces are provided between the rotation-prevention-mechanism-side boss plate parts and the drive-shaft-side boss plate part.

Scroll-type fluid machine

A scroll-type fluid machine reduces intrusion of abrasion powders, generated by sliding of a conductor causing an orbiting scroll side and a fixed scroll side to be conducted, into a compression chamber, and improves reliability of a compressor. The scroll-type machine includes a casing, a fixed scroll having a flange surface attached to the casing, and a wrap portion provided at an end plate, an orbiting scroll having a wrap portion provided at the end plate, and provided in an opposed relationship with the fixed scroll, a drive shaft connected through a crank portion to the orbiting scroll, an orbiting bearing, a face seal portion arranged between the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll, a cooling fan, and an orbiting scroll side conductive brush.

A scroll type fluid machine for improving compression efficiency while preventing contact between wrap sections of opposed scrolls, includes a first scroll member provided with a wrap section of a spiral shape on an end plate, a second scroll member disposed at a position opposed to the first scroll member and provided with a wrap section of a spiral shape on an end plate, cooling fins arranged on a back side surface of the end plate of at least one of the first scroll member and the second scroll member, and projected sections arranged on the wrap section of at least one of the first scroll member and the second scroll member, in which a difference of thicknesses in the radial direction of the wrap section at a distal end and a base end of the projected sections is changed depending on a position in a peripheral direction.

Scroll type fluid machine

To provide a higher sealing capability irrespective of the pressure difference between compression chambers, lips having leading ends extended toward the inner surface of a recessed groove are formed. At least some of the lips have a base end that is shaped to reduce rigidity against extension of the lips.

Scroll fluid machine having seal member with plural linear cut arrangement

The invention reduces a centrifugal force of an orbiting scroll which acts on an auxiliary crank mechanism. A crank pin which is eccentric from a main shaft portion is formed in a drive shaft and attached to an orbiting bearing which is provided in a back face side of an orbiting scroll. The main shaft portion of the drive shaft is rotatably supported by a main bearing. An internal gap of the main bearing is set to a value which is larger than a value obtained by subtracting the double value of an eccentric amount difference between an eccentric amount of an auxiliary crank shaft and an eccentric amount of the drive shaft from an internal gap of the orbiting bearing.

Scroll-type fluid machine that reduces centrifugal force of an orbiting scroll

A fixed scroll member has a spiral wrap portion. An orbiting scroll member has a spiral wrap portion similar to the wrap portion of the fixed scroll member. The wrap portion of the orbiting scroll member has its wall thickness increased at the inner peripheral surface side thereof to have a larger wall thickness than that of the wrap portion of the fixed scroll member. The inner peripheral surface of the wrap portion of the orbiting scroll member contacts the outer peripheral surface of the wrap portion of the fixed scroll member at two contact points. On the other hand, a clearance is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the wrap portion of the orbiting scroll member and the inner peripheral surface of the wrap portion of the fixed scroll member over the entire length of the peripheral surfaces. The orbiting scroll member is constantly urged in a direction in which rotational torque acts, and thus allowed to orbit smoothly.

Joint guides comprise mutually opposing guide portions formed on a casing and mutually opposing guide portions provided on an orbiting scroll member. A plate spring is integrally attached to a part of each guide portion. Even when a load due to rotational torque from the orbiting scroll member acts on each slider from a loading-side guide portion, resilient force from the plate spring presses a sliding surface of the slider toward a sliding surface of the loading-side guide portion, thereby preventing the formation of a gap between the sliding surface of each slider and a convexly curved portion of the associated plate spring or between the sliding surface of each slider and the sliding surface of the associated guide portion, and thus preventing the occurrence of a rattle.
