A composite valve sub assembly includes a tubular sleeve inserted into a single attachment hole of a body; an electromagnetic valve body housed in the sleeve; a solenoid actuator configured to move the electromagnetic valve body in the sleeve; a plug fixed at an end portion of the sleeve and disposed between the sleeve and a bottom surface of the attachment hole; and a check valve body disposed on the opposite side of the electromagnetic valve body from the plug. The plug has an internal flow path including a first opening connected to a first flow path of the body and opened and closed by the electromagnetic valve body, and a second opening connected to a second flow path of the body and opened and closed by the check valve body.

Valve assembly

A pressure reducing valve includes: a housing having an input port, an input channel connected to the input port, a pressure reducing chamber connected to the input channel, a delivery channel connected to the pressure reducing chamber, an output channel and an auxiliary channel branched off from the delivery channel, an output port connected to the output channel, and an auxiliary port connected to the auxiliary channel; and a valve mechanism which is provided inside the pressure reducing chamber connected to the delivery channel and of which the amount of opening is changed to regulate the pressure inside the pressure reducing chamber. Centerlines of the delivery channel, the output channel, and the auxiliary channel are arranged in the same plane.

Pressure reducing valve

A pressure reducing valve device includes a first body; a second body; a valve mechanism accommodated in the first body, and including a valve seat and a valve element; and a piston that is accommodated in the second body, defines a pressure reducing chamber, and is configured to move in accordance with a pressure in the pressure reducing chamber so as to move the valve element. The first body is connected to an inner portion of a connection portion having a bottomed cylindrical shape. The connection portion is provided in the second body to protrude outward. The valve seat is held between the first body and the second body in a direction in which the first body and the second body are attached to each other such that the valve seat is fixed in a flow passage.

Pressure reducing valve device

A solenoid valve device includes a body including a gas passage and an accommodation portion communicating with the gas passage, a solenoid valve that is accommodated in the accommodation portion and that controls flow of gas by opening and closing the gas passage, a sealing member disposed between the accommodation portion and the solenoid valve to maintain airtightness of the gas passage, and a solenoid that generates power for the solenoid valve to open and close the gas passage, wherein the body is provided with a communication hole that allows communication between inside and outside of the accommodation portion; the solenoid includes a connection terminal portion extending toward the communication hole; and a connector is accommodated in the communication hole in a manner such that rotation of the connector in a circumferential direction about an axis of the communication hole is suppressed.

Solenoid valve device

In a pressure reduction valve device, a valve body and a distal end portion of a support member are accommodated in a valve accommodation hole of a body. The distal end portion is inserted through an urging member accommodation hole. An inner introduction passage is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion and an inner peripheral surface of the urging member accommodation hole. An outer introduction passage is formed between an outer surface of the valve body and an inner surface of the valve accommodation hole. The support member is provided with communication holes that establish communication between a gas inlet provided through the body and the valve accommodation hole in an axial direction. The inner introduction passage and the outer introduction passage are opposed, in an axial direction thereof, to the communication passage.

Pressure reduction valve device

A valve device includes: a body including a gas passage through which gas flows and an accommodation recess that communicates with the gas passage; a valve mechanism that controls flow of the gas flowing through the gas passage; and a cover fixed to the body such that the cover covers the accommodation recess. In the valve device, the cover includes a cover recess that opens toward the accommodation recess, and the valve mechanism is assembled to the body such that the valve mechanism is accommodated in the accommodation recess with a portion of the valve mechanism protruding from the accommodation recess and the portion of the valve mechanism is accommodated in the cover recess.

Valve device

The pressure reduction valve includes: a cylindrical portion, a piston and a spring. The cylindrical portion includes an inlet communicating with the primary side flow path and an outlet communicating with the secondary side flow path. The piston fitted into the cylindrical portion is slidable along an axis direction of the cylindrical portion within the cylindrical portion, and defines, within the cylindrical portion, a space communicating with the inlet and the outlet. The spring applies, to the piston, a force acting toward the space. The outlet is displaced in one direction from the center of the piston when seen in the axis direction. The force applied to the piston by the spring is distributed so as to deviate from the center of the piston to the side of the outlet.

Pressure reduction valve and gas supply device

A valve element of a pressure reducing valve includes a taper portion seated on an inner periphery of a valve hole that includes a first area, a second area and a third area in order from an upstream side. The first area is provided such that, when the valve element is open, the height of a passage defined between the first area and the taper portion gradually reduces toward a downstream side. The second area is provided such that the height of a passage defined between the second area and the taper portion is constant when the valve element is open and the entire second area contacts the taper portion when the valve element is closed. The third area is provided such that, when the valve element is open, the height of a passage defined between the third area and the taper portion gradually increases toward the downstream side.

A pressure reducing valve comprises an open-close valve and a piston. The open-close valve makes switching between connecting and isolating a primary port and a secondary port. The piston makes sliding motion inside the cylinder according to a difference between force applied from the pressure regulating chamber and force applied from the pressure reducing chamber, thereby opening and closing the open-close valve. The open-close valve includes a valve stem and a valve seat fixing member. The valve seat fixing member restrains displacement of the piston toward a side upstream of the open-close valve by abutting on an end surface of the piston. The valve seat fixing member includes a channel hole communicatively connecting a housing part for the valve stem and the pressure reducing chamber.

In a valve device for selectively opening and closing a flow passage formed to open on a valve seat by a valve body through a resin-made seat, a hollow portion is formed on either one of the valve body and the valve seat and receives the resin-made seat therein, the resin-made seat has a thickness so that the resin-made seat partly protrudes from the hollow portion, and when the valve body is operated to close the flow passage, the resin-made seat is compressed to bring an end surface of the valve body into contact with the valve seat.

Valve device and manually operated shutoff valve device

A valve device is installed on a gas tank and opens and closes a gas filling passage. The valve device includes: a housing having a housing portion therein; a first check valve that is fixed to the housing and has a through hole, through which the housing portion and the filling passage communicate with each other; and a valve pressing member. The housing has a filling port, through which the outside and the housing portion communicate with each other. The housing portion contains a filter, disposed between the filling port of the housing and the through hole of a passage member, and a valve element that is moved between the filter and the filling port by the flow of gas. When the gas in the gas tank flows into the housing portion, the valve element moved toward the filling port seats on a valve seat and closes the filling port.

A component holding device includes: a fixing member that has a first inner wall surface that forms a first hole into which gas can be entered and a component can be inserted; a component holding section that is fit to the first hole of the fixing member and that holds the component; a sealing section that is provided in the first hole and that seals the component holding section to prevent water from entering into the first hole of the fixing member; and a vent path that is provided in at least one of the fixing member and the component holding section so as to communicate with a gas residual section in the component insertion hole and that discharges leaked gas in the gas residual section to outside air.

Component holding device

A fluid supply valve attachment device that includes: a fixing member formed with a recessed fitting section; and a fluid supply valve provided with a protruded insertion section that is inserted and fixed in the recessed fitting section. Clearance between a reference inner peripheral surface of the recessed fitting section and a reference outer peripheral surface of the protruded insertion section is set smaller than clearance between an internal thread of the recessed fitting section and an external thread of the protruded insertion section in a state that the protruded insertion section is inserted and fixed in the recessed fitting section.

Fluid supply valve attachment device

A fluid supply valve attachment device that has a tank, a fixing member in which a recessed fitting section is formed, a fluid supply valve that is inserted in and fixed to the recessed fitting section, a first seal member which seals a space between the tank and the fixing member, and a second seal member which seals a space between the fixing member and the fluid supply valve. The maximum inside diameter of the recessed fitting section is defined as D, a distance between a cross-sectional center of the first seal member and a cross-sectional center of the second seal member in a direction that a central axial line of the recessed fitting section extends in an attached state is defined as L, and Lis set within 2.5&#xd7;D.
