A display device includes a laser irradiation device and a control device. The laser irradiation device is configured to irradiate an irradiation point located at a display position in air, with a laser beam having a wavelength equal to or larger than 380 nm and equal to or smaller than 780 nm and produce plasma at the display position. The control device is configured to control intensity of the laser beam emitted from the at least one laser irradiation device so that a relationship between intensity of plasma light emitted from the plasma at the display position and intensity of scattered light produced from the laser beam and scattered by the plasma becomes a predetermined relationship to display a color pixel.

A plasma generating apparatus comprises a pair of electrodes consisting of an electrode connected to an AC power source and a grounded electrode. An inorganic dielectric substance containing barium titanate as a principal component is filled between the electrodes. Disclosed is a washing method in which parts and products are washed free of residual smudges without using fleon-family solvents. C., and the washed members are taken out from the pure water bath for drying the surfaces thereof. Also, the washing method is disclosed in which pure water in a plurality of the pure water baths has temperature gradient in the sequence of washing steps. Furthermore, the washing method is disclosed in which the speed of taking out the washed members from the last pure water bath is established so as to be in inverse proportion to the surface area of the washed member.

Washing method

An intraocular lens having a lens base and a coating layer disposed on or otherwise operably associated with a first surface of the lens base. The coating layer is formed by, for example, plasma polymerization of a monomer gas while simultaneously sublimating or evaporating an ultraviolet absorber, thereby forming an intraocular lens which absorbs ultraviolet rays and prevents any free monomer or other substance from oozing out of the lens base and permeating the eye. The properties of the intraocular lens can be readily varied by selecting different monomer gases.
