Provided is an electric pump having an elastic member that is not easily detached, and the housing formation cost is not high. The electric pump includes a pump body with a housing and an elastic member arranged on an outer circumferential surface of the housing. An elastic member arrangement portion is provided on the outer circumferential surface. A protrusion is provided on the elastic member arrangement portion. The protrusion includes a pillar portion and a fastening portion extending from the pillar portion. The fastening portion has a hook part. The elastic member has holes in two opposite ends, and the holes are engaged with the protrusion. The two opposite ends overlap with each.

Electric pump

A valve device includes: a casing having an outflow port in which a fluid outlet opening is formed; a joint joined to an opening end surface of the outlet opening; a valve accommodated in the casing so as to be rotatable or slidable and in which a communication port that can communicate with the outlet opening is formed; and a sliding ring with a sliding surface for sliding on an outer surface of the valve while being accommodated in the outflow port and communicates the outlet and the communication port based upon a position of the valve. At least the outer surface of the valve includes a first resin material that contains a first resin, at least the sliding surface of the sliding ring includes a second resin material that contains a second resin, and the first resin and the second resin are the same type of resin.

Valve device

A control apparatus in a cooling system has an opening schedule of a degree of opening of each of a plurality of outflow ports in a control valve including at least a heater cut mode, a heater passing water mode, a fully closed mode, and a switching mode in which the opening and closing of an air conditioning outflow port is switched in a state in which at least one outflow port of a radiator outflow port and a bypass outflow port is opened and switches the heater cut mode and the heater passing water mode via the switching mode.

Cooling system

A control valve includes a casing, a valve body, and a seal cylinder member. The casing has an inlet and an outlet. The valve body is rotatably disposed inside the casing, and has a peripheral wall portion formed with a valve hole providing communicating between the inside and the outside. One end portion of the seal cylinder member communicates with a downstream side of the outlet, and a valve sliding contact surface is provided at the other end portion. A protruding height of the other end portion of the seal cylinder member continuously changes in a circumferential direction thereof to conform to a shape of an outer circumferential surface of the circumferential wall portion. A region of the other end portion of the seal cylinder member where the protruding height is lower is provided with a thick portion that is thicker than other portions and reaches the valve-sliding contact surface.

Control valve

A control valve having first, second, and third outlet ports, which pass through a casing in a radial direction and formed axially at intervals in the casing, first, second and third communication ports, which respectively communicate between the flow path and the first outlet port, between the flow path and the second outlet port and between the flow path and the third outlet port according to a rotational position of the valve, are formed at intervals in the axial direction in the valve. The second outlet port is located between the first and third outlet ports in the axial direction and also located at a different position from the first and third outlet ports in a circumferential direction. An opening width of the second communication port in the axial direction is narrower than an axial interval between the first and third outlet ports.

There is provided a control valve including a casing, a rotor that has a rotary shaft rotatably supported by the casing via bushings, and a sealing ring that is disposed on an inner side of each bushing in an axial direction. Both end portions of the rotary shaft are formed into stepped shapes which respectively come into contact with the bushings from the inner side in the axial direction. Areas of both the end portions of the rotary shaft projected in the axial direction are set to be equal to each other. Penetration holes which allow portions on outer sides of the sealing rings in the axial direction to be open to the atmosphere are respectively formed on a bottom wall portion and a lid body of the casing.

There is provided a control valve including a cylindrical casing having an inlet port and a first outlet port for a fluid, and a valve accommodated in the casing to be rotatable around an axis extending in an axial direction of the casing and having a flow path communicating with the inlet port to allow the fluid to flow therethrough, wherein a first communication port communicating with the flow path and the first outlet port according to a rotational position of the valve is formed in the valve, and a fail opening configured to be opened and closed by a thermostat is formed in a portion of the casing facing the inlet port in an opening direction of the inlet port.
