Provided is a characteristic estimation device for a storage battery including: a voltage detection unit configured to detect a terminal voltage of the storage battery; a time-series data acquisition unit configured to acquire time-series data on the terminal voltage in a stopped state of the storage battery; a model provision unit configured to provide a storage battery model; and a model parameter estimation unit configured to estimate a model parameter of the storage battery model based on the time-series data on the terminal voltage acquired by the time-series data acquisition unit and on the storage battery model provided by the model provision unit. The storage battery model includes an OCV term for expressing OCV of the storage battery and an interparticle diffusion term which is based on a fundamental solution of a one-dimensional diffusion equation expressing ion diffusion among particles forming electrodes of the storage battery.

The battery degradation detection device includes an impedance measurement unit and a degradation detection unit. The impedance measurement unit measures impedances of a battery at a plurality of frequencies. The impedance for at least one of the plurality of frequencies, measured by the impedance measurement unit, has a positive imaginary component. The degradation detection unit detects degradation of the battery on the basis of real components of the impedances at the plurality of frequencies detected by the impedance measurement unit.

In response to demands for stably and precisely estimating states, a rechargeable battery state estimation device includes a current detecting unit which detects a charge-discharge current of the rechargeable battery as a detected current; a voltage detecting unit which detects a voltage between terminals of the rechargeable battery as a detected voltage; an OCV estimation method SOC estimation unit which calculates an OCV estimation method state of charge, based on the detected current and the detected voltage; a current integration method parameter estimation unit which estimates a current integration method parameter including a capacity retention rate, based on the detected current and the OCV estimation method state of charge; and a corrected SOC estimation unit which calculates an estimated state of charge, based on the detected current, the OCV estimation method state of charge, and the current integration method parameter.

Rechargeable battery state estimation device

A DC feeder voltage computing device includes a model information storing unit, a run history information storing unit, and a voltage setting value computing unit. The model information storing unit stores model information. The run history information storing unit stores, on a per train basis, run history information that indicates locations and power situations of a plurality of trains that run in a DC-electrified section on or before a preceding day. The voltage setting value computing unit computes, on the basis of the model information and the run history information, a voltage setting value for controlling a substation voltage to cause an amount of power consumption in the DC-electrified section to satisfy a preset condition.

The positive electrode of the unit in an m-th configuration stage (m is an integer satisfying 2&#x2264;m&#x2264;n) is connected to a negative electrode of the unit in an (m&#x2212;1)-th configuration stage. A drain-side terminal of the step-up switch included in the m-th configuration stage is connected to a source-side terminal of the step-up switch included in the (m&#x2212;1)-th configuration stage. Each equipment management apparatus includes a communication unit that communicates with the management server apparatus; a measurement unit that repeatedly measures the physical amount of the equipment; a distribution information generation unit that calculates distribution information from the measured physical amount; a distribution comparison unit that calculates a difference between the distribution information generated by the distribution information generation unit, and integrated distribution information on the entire equipments delivered from the management server apparatus; and an abnormality determination unit that determines whether or not the equipment is abnormal based on the calculated difference.

A power conversion device includes: a first smoothing circuit connected to a first electric device; a second smoothing circuit connected to a second electric device; a first bridge circuit connected to the first smoothing circuit; a transformer having a primary side connected to a third electric device and a secondary side connected to the first bridge circuit and the second smoothing circuit; and a controller, wherein the controller varies a duty ratio of the first bridge circuit at a frequency higher than cutoff frequencies of the first and second smoothing circuits, controls a constant component of the duty ratio to control power exchange between the first and second electric devices, and controls a phase of a varying component of the duty ratio to control power exchange to and from the third electric device.

A DC-feeding-voltage calculating apparatus includes storage that stores train model information including information for controlling a regenerative power reducing amount in a train in an electrified section; feeding network model information including position information on a substation; and substation model information including control information on a substation voltage. On the basis of: the stored information; a voltage value, current values of feeders by train direction, the voltage and current values being measured in the substation; and first train information on a train including a wireless communication apparatus, an estimator estimates second train information on a train not including a wireless communication apparatus and outputs train operation information. A calculator, on the basis of the stored information and the train operation information, calculates a substation voltage setting value for controlling the substation voltage such that regenerative power is increased in a regenerative car in the electrified section.

DC-feeding-voltage calculating apparatus, DC-feeding-voltage control system, and DC-feeding-voltage calculating method

Battery cells are disposed apart from each other in a housing of a battery module included in a power storage device. In the battery module, a partition member is provided that divides a space in the housing into a high temperature region, which contains battery cells located centrally in a disposal direction of the battery cells, and a low temperature region, which contains battery cells located at end portions in the disposal direction of the battery cells. The cooling air flow supplied from a fan passes between the battery cells in the high temperature region, passes through ventilation holes provided in the partition members, enters the low temperature region, passes between the battery cells in the low temperature region, passes through a discharge hole, and flows outside of the housing.

Provided is a battery state estimation device configured to: calculate a first state of charge and a first open circuit voltage corresponding to the first state of charge by using a detection current output from a current detection unit and state-of-charge estimation parameters; calculate a second open circuit voltage and a second state of charge corresponding to the second open circuit voltage by using a detection voltage output from a voltage detection unit and equivalent circuit parameters; recursively estimate and update the state-of-charge estimation parameters by using a state-of-charge error, which is a value obtained by subtracting the first state of charge from the second state of charge; and recursively estimate and update the equivalent circuit parameters by using an open circuit voltage error, which is a value obtained by subtracting the first open circuit voltage from the second open circuit voltage.

The rechargeable battery parameter estimation apparatus includes: a current measurement part for measuring a current flowing through a rechargeable battery, the current measurements having an offset error; a first coefficient calculation part for calculating a first coefficient, which is a partial derivative of an estimated value of an state of charge (SoC) of the battery with respect to the offset error; a second coefficient calculation part for calculating a second coefficient, which is a partial derivative of the estimated value of the SoC with respect to a capacity error, which is a difference of a typical full charge capacity from an actual full charge capacity of the battery; and an error estimation part for estimating the offset error and the capacity error from derivative information including the first coefficient and the second coefficient, the current flowing through the battery, and the estimated value of the SoC.

A storage battery deterioration measurement device and a power storage system are provided which measure deterioration in unit batteries included in an assembled battery constituting a storage battery in a shorter time than conventional devices and systems, and which include a control unit to acquire information based on the states of the multiple unit batteries and a deterioration determination unit to detect the unit battery indicating the maximum value among the information acquired by the control unit and the unit battery indicating the minimum value thereamong, and to detect deterioration in the unit batteries on the basis of the difference between a per-predetermined-period variation of information on the unit battery indicating the maximum value and a per-predetermined-period variation of information on the unit battery indicating the minimum value.

Storage battery deterioration measurement device and power storage system

A battery internal state estimation apparatus including: an internal state estimation unit, which inputs at least one of measured values obtained by a battery measurement unit at preset sampling intervals including a current flowing through a battery, an inter-terminal voltage, a temperature of the battery, and an ambient air temperature, for estimating, based on the measured values, at least one of a state of charge, internal temperature, capacity, and internal resistance of the battery as an internal state of the battery; and an internal state correction unit for correcting estimated values of the internal state obtained by the internal state estimation unit so that the estimated values are not contradictory at least to qualitative properties of the battery, and outputting the corrected values to an output unit.
