According to the present disclosure, there is provided a sealing plate equipped with a gas discharge valve that reduces processing load and work hardening during molding. A gas discharge valve of a sealing platedisclosed herein has a flat plate-shaped base portion and a protruding portion protruding from a first surface of the base portion in a first direction, an annular thin-walled portion having a thickness smaller than the thickness of the protruding portion is provided around the protruding portion, and a first surface of the thin-walled portion is substantially on the same surface as the first surface of the base portion. In the gas discharge valve having the above configuration, the total amount of metal that is plastically deformed is reduced by limiting the formation region of the thin-walled portion to the periphery of the protruding portion.

To suppress warping at a bottom of a workpiece when manufacturing a bottomed box-section cylindrical container by molding a workpiece from a flat plate state to a box-section cylindrical shape state having a bottom by performing multiple press-drawing steps by using multiple molds each having a long-hole-shaped shaping hole. A first press-drawing step is performed using a first mold having a first shaping hole having a long hole shape. A second press-drawing step is performed using a second mold having a second shaping hole having a long hole shape, and is configured as a next press-drawing step after the first press-drawing step. The first shaping hole is formed with a larger dimension in a width direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction than the second shaping hole, and is formed tapering inward in the width direction from both end sides to the center side in the longitudinal direction.

To provide a trimming device with which it is possible to suppress the deterioration of shape quality after trimming a cylindrical workpiece. When trimming is performed by means of a core metal cutting edge () and a tool cutting edge () upon moving at least one of a core metal punch () and a trimming tool (A), gaps (H, H) are formed between the core metal punch () and a workpiece (W). Damper mechanisms (A,B) are arranged in the gaps (H, H). The damper mechanisms (A,B) are arranged so as to abut on the workpiece (W) when trimming is performed by the core metal cutting edge () and the tool cutting edge (), and are constituted so as to elastically deform when a force acts in a direction in which the trimming tool (A) moves forward and backward.

Here, a portion of the side groove portion () is formed curved following the curved outer edge portion ().
