A liquid discharging head includes: a nozzle plate formed with a nozzle; a pressure chamber plate formed with a pressure chamber; and at least three connecting plates stacked in a stacking direction between the nozzle plate and the pressure chamber plate, the at least three connecting plates being formed with at least three holes which construct a connecting channel connecting the pressure chamber and the nozzle. The connecting channel has an enlarged diameter part in which a diameter of the connecting channel is enlarged from the pressure chamber toward the nozzle, the enlarged diameter part is constructed of the at least three holes formed in the at least three connecting plates, and diameters of the at least three holes are enlarged in an order from the pressure chamber toward the nozzle.

A liquid discharge apparatus includes: a discharge head; an ultraviolet irradiator disposed at a position different from the discharge head in a first direction; a carriage configured to scan in the first direction; and a controller configured to: control the carriage and the discharge head to execute a first discharge process of discharging the ink on a predefined printing area of the recording medium in a first scan; after the first discharge process, control the carriage and the discharge head to execute a second discharge process of discharging the ink on the predefined printing area in a second scan; after the second discharge process, control the carriage and the ultraviolet irradiator to irradiate the ink discharged on the predefined printing area with the ultraviolet light in a third scan.

A recording apparatus includes a liquid ejection head having nozzles, a controller, and a signal input part through which a user inputs, to the controller, a setting signal indicating settings related to a grade of a barcode or two-dimensional code. The controller drives the liquid ejection head based on the setting signal input through the signal input part to cause the nozzles to eject liquid to record a barcode or two-dimensional code on a recording medium in the grade corresponding to the setting signal.

A liquid ejection head includes an individual channel, a first manifold, a filter, a second manifold, and a bypass path. The individual channel has a nozzle. A liquid ejection head includes a manifold configured to store liquid therein, a plurality of ejection channels, and a dummy channel. Each ejection channel communicates with the manifold and is configured to receive liquid from the manifold and eject liquid through a corresponding nozzle thereof open to a nozzle surface. The dummy channel communicates with the manifold and includes a dummy nozzle open to the nozzle surface. The dummy channel further includes a pressure chamber, an actuator configured to apply pressure to liquid in the pressure chamber, a communication passage connecting the manifold to the pressure chamber, and a circulation passage through which the pressure chamber communicates with the manifold. The circulation passage is different from the communication passage and located between the dummy nozzle and the manifold.
