A vehicle seat sliding device includes: a first rail adapted to be fixed to one of a vehicle floor and a seat; a second rail adapted to be fixed to the other one of the vehicle floor and the seat, and coupled to the first rail in a relatively movable manner; an engagement member, which selectively limits and permits the relative movement of the first and the second rails; an operation member configured such that operating force to cancel the restriction of the relative movement in the second rail is transmitted to the engagement member; and a cover mounted on the first end of the second rail to close the first end. The cover has an engagement piece, which engages with a support wall provided in the second rail and restricts the pivoting of the cover when pressed against the operation member.

Vehicle seat sliding device

A vehicle seat sliding device includes: a lower rail adapted to be fixed to a vehicle floor; and an upper rail adapted to be fixed to a vehicle seat, and coupled with the lower rail in a relatively movable manner. A projection is arranged in the vicinity of the rear end portion of the lower rail, and protrudes above the bottom wall of the lower rail. A fitting recess is formed in the bottom wall more forward than the projection. A block body placed on the bottom wall extends to the projection and has a slanted surface more forward than the projection. The block body includes: a fitting protrusion, which fits into the fitting recess and positions the block body in the lateral direction; and a fitting wall, at least a part of which fits on the protrusion. The fitting wall positions the block body in the lateral direction.

A vehicle power seat slide device includes a first rail fixed to a vehicle, a second rail fixed to a seat and slidably supported by the first rail, a nut member fixed to the first rail by means of a bracket, a screw shaft rotatably supported by the second rail and screwed into the nut member, a driving mechanism supported by the second rail for driving the screw shaft so as to rotate, the screw shaft being rotated by the driving mechanism relative to the nut member, the second rail being moved so as to slide relative to the first rail by means of the shaft screwing into the nut member, the nut member including a protruding portion fitted into a fitting hole, which is formed on the first rail, the nut member being supported by the bracket, and the bracket fixed to the first rail together with the nut member.

A power seat slide device for a vehicle includes a first rail fixed on a vehicle floor, a second rail fixed at a vehicle seat, a first rolling body, a second rolling body, a screw shaft having a shaft center, a gear box including a gear housing and a supporting bracket and a plate, the supporting bracket including a main unit portion and extending portions, the main unit portion engaging with a top end surface of each of the second side wall portions and a top end surface of the cover portion and each of extending portions extends outward in a width direction thereof from the main unit portion and engaging with a top end surface of the base end portion of each of the second folded wall portions.

Power seat slide device for vehicle

A vehicle seat having a supporting device includes a lower rail fixed to a vehicle floor, an upper rail supported by the lower rail so as to be slidable in a front-rear direction, a lower arm fixed to the upper rail, a supporting cover provided at the side of a door so that a passenger gets in/out of the vehicle interior with putting his/her hand on the supporting cover, a bracket for supporting the supporting cover from underneath thereof, an upper surface portion formed in a plate shape at the bracket so as to extend in an approximately horizontal direction, an extending portion formed in a plate shape at the bracket extending downward from the upper surface portion and forming a vertical portion at which the bracket is fastened to the lower arm, and a through hole formed on the upper surface portion of the bracket.

Vehicle seat having supporting device

A seat reclining device has an external gear member and an internal gear member positioned in opposing relation, and a stopper member between the opposing gear members for regulating the reclining movement of the backrest relative to the seat cushion. The stopper member includes a first convex portion on the external gear (or internal gear) member and a stopper provided on the outer peripheral surface of the internal gear (or external gear) member. A second convex portion is also provided on the external gear (or internal gear) member. By engaging the second convex portion with a bore on a ring member that surrounds the periphery of the internal and external gear members, a part of the contact force between the stopper and the first convex portion is transmitted to the ring member.

Seat reclining device

A seat slide device for seat position adjustment, comprising: a lower rail arranged on an installing portion of a vehicle body; an upper rail retaining the seat and adapted to move along the lower rail; and an electric motor, so that the position of the seat may be adjusted by the lower rail, the upper rail and the electric motor through a drive unit. Further comprised is a bracket which has the drive unit arranged and is retained by the upper rail while retaining one end of a screw member arranged movably in the lower rail. The bracket includes an abutment face for abutting against a shoulder portion of one end of the upper rail below the top face of the same.
