A flat speaker device capable of emitting loud reproduced sound with a relatively simple configuration is provided. The speaker device includes a diaphragm, a frame supporting the diaphragm vibratably in the vibration direction, a magnetic circuit disposed in the frame, and a driving member for driving the diaphragm. The driving member includes a voice coil movably disposed in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit, a driving part formed movably in a direction different from the vibration direction of the diaphragm, and an angle conversion and transmission part, one end of which is angle-variably joined to the driving part and another end of which is angle-variably joined to the diaphragm. The angle conversion and transmission part has rigidity and is obliquely disposed with respect to each of the vibration direction of the diaphragm and the moving direction of the driving part.

A speaker vibrating body vibrated by a driving part includes a plurality of diaphragms vibratably supported by a static part supporting said driving part and a diaphragm connecting part, provided between a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm among said plurality of diaphragms, coupling said first diaphragm and said second diaphragm and synchronously moving said first diaphragm and said second diaphragm toward or away from each other.

Speaker

A frame has a slide hole and a receiving hole made close to an end of the slide hole. A terminal member has a protrusion protruding from a face making contact with the speaker frame, and a claw projecting in a direction approximately perpendicular to a protruding direction of the protrusion. An approximate-projection-shaped engaging portion is formed on the claw to engage with the receiving hole made close to the end of the slide hole. For example, when the terminal member is mounted on the frame, the protrusion is inserted into the slide hole and then slid along the slide hole, thereupon the engaging portion formed on the claw engages with the receiving hole, whereby the terminal member is fixedly attached to the speaker frame.

A voice coil and a magnetic driving circuit oscillate a diaphragm and a center cap. A magnetic lighting circuit for providing a magnetic field to an induction coil is mounted separately from a magnetic driving circuit. The induction coil generates an electromotive force for lighting light-emitting devices. Further, the light-emitting devices, the induction coil, and the magnetic lighting circuit are mounted integrally on the center cap.

Speaker apparatus

It is an object of the invention to provide an improved speaker apparatus which maintains the advantages as an inverted dome speaker and has a good directivity and a thin thickness, as well as a broad playback frequency band extending from a high frequency band to a low frequency band. The speaker apparatus includes a dome diaphragm carrying a voice coil and having a concave cross section protruding towards the voice coil, an edge provided on the outer periphery of the dome diaphragm, having a concave cross section protruding towards the voice coil, and supporting the dome diaphragm on a frame, and a magnetic circuit forming a magnetic gap containing the voice coil. Particularly, the edge has a broad edge width {b=(1.5&#x2212;3)a} bearing a lower playback frequency band than a playback frequency band born by the dome diaphragm.
