The object of this invention is to decrease the ratio of contact faults by way of releasing the physical stress acted on the electric connecting portions. It settles dispersions of positions of the terminals by using elasticity of the bushing (50) with being attached the bushing (50) to the body (21) of coil unit (20), being held to be pierced terminals (23, 23) extended from the coil (22) out the bushing (50). The flexibility of the conductive sheet (40) gets rid of stress acted on the connecting portions with the terminals (23) by being electrically intermediated with the flexible conductive sheet between each terminal (23, 23) of the coil (22) and the controlling board (32) of the electric controlling unit (30).

Pressure control device integral formed the electric controller

A pressure control device includes a hydraulic unit with a plurality of pressure control valves, a coil unit with a plurality of coils each operating one of the valves, and an electronic controlling unit controlling the coils. Each of the hydraulic unit, the coil unit, and the electronic controlling unit are separately formed. Additional structure is provided to physically and electrically connect the controlling unit and the coil unit.

Pressure control device

An improved failure detection circuit for anti-skid braking systems is disclosed. The failure detection circuit sends electrical test pulses to the individual valves which control the flow of pressurized brake fluid to the individual brakes and uses a feedback signal from these valves to determine a failure in any of these circuits. The failure detection circuit also includes a voltage monitoring circuit which monitors the voltage which is supplied to the anti-skid braking controller while applying an electrical load to the main power circuit for the controller such as by testing a plurality of valves at once. If the voltage drops below a minimum acceptable level, it indicates an actual or incipient failure of the main power supply circuit. This indication can be used to trigger a warning or to shut down the anti-skid braking system as can a detection of a failure in an individual circuit.
