A spray drying system for drying wastewater to be dried includes: an exhaust as introduction line for introducing the exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust gas generation source, the exhaust gas introduction line being connected to a plurality of exhaust gas ducts for allowing the exhaust gas to flow through; and at least one spray drying device connected to the exhaust gas introduction line and configured to bring the exhaust gas introduced from the exhaust gas introduction line into contact with the wastewater. A light-emitting device includes pixels each including subpixels. Each subpixel includes light-emitting elements that emit respective pieces of light of colors different from each other, and a light-shielding film having openings at respective positions where the openings are opposed to the respective light-emitting elements at predetermined intervals. The 45-degree luminance viewing angle is expressed in a unit of cd/m.

In each of the organic electroluminescent sections, a microcavity structure is formed by a structure including a first reflective interface, a second reflective interface, and the two reflective interfaces. The organic electroluminescent sections include first organic electroluminescent sections and second organic electroluminescent sections. The microcavity structure is configured in such a manner that the first reflective interface and the second reflective interface intensify the light in the first wavelength band and the light in the second wavelength band, and that the two reflective interfaces weaken the light in the first wavelength band and intensify the light in the second wavelength band.

A method of spray drying and washing using a spray drying apparatus, includes: spraying dehydrated filtrate from a spray nozzle hung down from a top side of the spray drying apparatus; introducing a part of flue gas into the spray drying apparatus to dry the dehydrated filtrate; wherein a compressed air is introduced into the spray nozzle to facilitate the spraying and into the wash nozzle to perform air purging during the spray drying, and jetting washing liquid from a wash nozzle provided on a side wall of the spray drying apparatus to wash the spray nozzle and an inside of the spray drying apparatus body, wherein the feeding of the dehydrated filtrate to the spray nozzle is stopped during the washing.

A desulfurization apparatus includes a blowdown water line, an organic matter remover, an absorber, and a makeup water introducing line. The blowdown water line is for introducing boiler cooling tower blowdown water from a boiler cooling tower. The organic matter remover is disposed on the blowdown water line to remove organic matter in the boiler cooling tower blowdown water by activated carbon. The absorber is configured to absorb sulfur oxides in flue gas from a boiler. The makeup water introducing line is for introducing the boiler cooling tower blowdown water from which the organic matter has been removed as makeup water for the absorber.

A display unit includes a plurality of light-emitting sections and an optical filter. The plurality of light-emitting sections emit color light beams having different colors. The optical filter is disposed on light emission side of the plurality of light-emitting sections, and transmits the color light beams while selectively removing a part of a wavelength band of the color light beams. The optical filter includes the first filter layer and the second filter layer. The first filter layer transmits a first band including a center wavelength out of the wavelength band of each of the color light beams, and removes a second band that is at least a part of a band other than the first band. The second filter layer reduces transmissivity of a third band that is a part of the first band of at least one color light beam out of the color light beams.
