The numerical control system includes: detecting circuitry to obtain cutting force generated in a machine tool; controlling circuitry to calculate a control amount according to a cutting condition and to control a feed drive mechanism of the machine tool; countermeasure determining circuitry to, when it is detected from the cutting force or a state of the feed drive mechanism of the machine tool that a machining defect has occurred, calculate a plurality of deviation degrees for possible causes of the machining defect, and compare the calculated deviation degrees and to thereby determine a cause of the machining defect whose occurrence has been detected; and correction-amount calculating circuitry to calculate, according to the cause of the machining defect determined by the countermeasure determining circuitry, a correction amount with respect to the control amount, and then output the correction amount to the controlling circuitry.

Numerical control system

A numerical control device includes a drive-shaft movement-amount estimation unit to estimate a first movement amount of a first object that is a target to be moved by a first drive shaft by using a first drive signal, an undriven-object movement-amount estimation unit to estimate a second movement amount of a second object in a three dimensional space, which is generated due to a drive force of the first drive shaft, by using the first drive signal, a correction-amount calculation unit to calculate a correction amount for the first drive signal on the basis of the first movement amount and the second movement amount, and a first correction-signal output unit to output a first corrected drive signal obtained by correcting the first drive signal by the correction amount to a drive unit to drive the first drive shaft.

Numerical control device

A numerical control device includes: a tool-side displacement measurement unit; a workpiece-side displacement measurement unit; a drive signal measurement unit; a relative displacement calculation unit between the tool and the workpiece; a relative displacement prediction unit calculating a relative displacement predicted value from the drive signal, from a prediction model representing a relationship between the drive signal and the relative displacement; a model parameter operation unit generating prediction model parameters constituting the prediction model, from the drive signal, the relative displacement, and the predicted value; and a command value correction unit outputting a post-correction position command obtained by correcting a position command to the drive unit using the prediction model parameters. The model parameter operation unit changes the prediction model parameters to reduce a difference between the relative displacement and the predicted value.

A numerical control device includes a tool-attitude vector tolerance input unit to accept a tolerance for correction amounts for tool-attitude vectors; a rotation-axis tolerance determining unit to determine, on the basis of tool attitudes calculated from rotation-axis angles before smoothing and of the tolerance for correction amounts for tool-attitude vectors, a tolerance for correction amounts for the rotation-axis angles; a rotation-axis angle smoothing unit to smooth the rotation-axis angles before smoothing so that change in the rotation-axis angle becomes smooth, thereby calculating rotation-axis angles after smoothing; and a rotation-axis angle determining unit to correct the rotation-axis angles after smoothing so as to fall within the tolerance for correction amounts for rotation-axis angles from the rotation-axis angles before smoothing.

A vibration cutting process diagnostic device diagnoses the propriety of a vibration cutting process to machine the sectional shape of a working object into a non-complete round shape by reciprocating a movable shaft. This device includes a frequency analyzer to calculate a frequency component contained in a position command signal for the movable shaft on the basis of shape data, which is machining shape data on a workpiece treated as the working object, and a machining speed set value; and a process diagnosis executor to diagnose the propriety of machining the shape data under the machining speed set value on the basis of the frequency component and a movable shaft parameter of the movable shaft.

Vibration cutting process diagnostic device

A device comprises: a calculation unit calculating, based on a model on a calculator, a response path along which a target actually operates when an instruction path is given; a determiner determining a target path along which the target operates; a generation unit regenerating a temporary instruction path based on the target path and a temporary instruction response path obtained when the calculation unit is given the temporary instruction path; a determiner determining a convergence determination condition; and a comparator determining whether error between the temporary instruction response path and the target path is converged, based on the condition. Regenerating the path and calculating the temporary instruction response path are repeated until the comparator determines that the condition is met, and, when the comparator determines so, the temporary instruction path is output to a controller controlling the target, as the path for operating the target.

Instruction value generation device

A motor control apparatus that controls a motor equipped with a cooling apparatus includes: an acquisition unit to acquire the temperature of the motor; a drive control unit to drive the motor and output a driving state and an operating condition of the motor as an operation information signal; and a cause determination unit to determine, on the basis of the temperature of the motor and the operation information signal, at least one of a plurality of causes of heat generation as a cause of heat generation by the motor.

Motor control apparatus

A collision determination device includes a target cell designation unit that designates a target cell for a voxel model which represents the shape of a first object. A determination test point generation unit generates determination test points for the target cell. A spatial curve creation unit creates a spatial curve as the trajectory curve of a determination test point. A curve intersecting determination unit determines whether or not each boundary element of a boundary representation model representing the shape of a second object is intersecting the spatial curve. A distance computation unit computes the closest distance from the spatial curve to the boundary surface of the boundary representation model. A collision determination unit determines, based on the determination result and the computation result, whether there is a possibility of collision between both objects.

Collision determination device and collision determination program

An electromagnetic relay includes a spool, a coil wound on the spool, an armature inserted in the through hole of the spool, a yoke fixed to the spool by fitting, hinge springs, a movable spring, a hinge spring fixing portion, an attaching/fixing portion, and at least one terminal. The armature operates upon excitation of the coil. The yoke has first and second opposing upright portions. One end of the armature is in contact with an end face of the first upright portion, and the other end thereof opposes the end face of the second upright portion. The hinge springs set the armature at a predetermined angle with respect to the yoke, and urge one end of the armature against the end face of the first upright portion to ensure magnetic connection. The movable spring has a movable contact and extends from one side of the hinge springs. The movable spring is connected to the armature. The hinge spring fixing portion extends from the ends side of the hinge springs that are not connected to the movable spring, to support them and the movable spring. The attaching/fixing portion attaches and fixes the hinge spring fixing portion on the first upright portion by a single operation. The terminal member is fixed to one end portion of the spool by press fitting and has a stationary contact adjacent to the movable contact.
