Disclosed is an electric driving device in which: two positive-electrode-side power lines () are arranged from an outer peripheral side to an inner side of a mounting substrate (); power conversion circuits () are arranged on both sides of the mounting substrate, with respect to the positive-electrode-side power lines, to perform drive control of an electric motor; and output terminals () are arranged on the mounting substrate at a location outward of the power conversion circuit so as to establish a connection to the electric motor. As the power conversion circuits are disposed from the center to the periphery of the mounting substrate, it is possible to decrease the wiring length and circuit mounting area of the mounting substrate () and suppress a radial size increase of the mounting substrate on which the redundant power conversion circuits are mounted.

An electric rotating machine having a stator including a stator core formed by accumulating and fixing a plurality of stator steel sheets, and stator coils mounted onto the stator core, a rotor having a rotation shaft received within an inner peripheral side of the stator, a molded resin frame for receiving the stator therein and a pair of end brackets for rotatably holding the rotation shaft of the rotor via bearings. A respective end bracket is fixed on opposite ends of the stator by through bolts inserted into through bolt holes formed therein, and each of the end brackets having a plurality of two kinds of bolt holes. Each of the stator steel sheets forming the stator core functions as a magnetic circuit, and corner portions thereof are formed with bolt holes in a semi-circular shape with an opening portion for receiving the through bolts.

An electric rotating machine having a stator including a stator core formed by a plurality of stator steel sheets, and stator coils mounted onto the stator core, a rotor having a rotation shaft, a frame for receiving the stator therein, and a pair of end brackets for holding the rotation shaft of the rotor via bearings rotatably. The pair of end brackets is fixed on opposite ends of the stator by through bolts inserted into through bolt holes formed therein and each of the end brackets has a plurality of two kinds of bolt holes. Each of the stator steel sheets has a substantially constant width in a radial direction over an entire periphery thereof so as to function as a magnetic circuit, and corner portions are formed with through bolt holes. The frame is a molded frame of resin having lighter specific gravity than a specific gravity of steel.

An electric rotating machine includes a stator with a stator core formed of a plurality of stator steel sheets with corner portions having through bolt holes for receiving through bolts therein, and a rotor. A frame receives the stator with end brackets being fixed on ends of the stator by through bolts inserted into the through bolt holes thereof. A motor having a lap winding structure and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein inserts of two different coils are installed side by side in one slot of a stator in a circumferential direction of the stator. All the coils are inserted in slots in succession. Further, a stator having semi-closed type slots formed by protuberances oriented in different directions, is used to control a reduction in the magnetic flux at the inlet of a slot and also to prevent coils from coming off. In a motor having coils of a plurality of phases for generating a rotating magnetic field at a stator, the contact portion of the coil of the desired phase among the coils of the plurality of phases and a portion rising from a slot toward the axis of a core are aligned and disposed to have a shape which prevents them from interferring with end portions of the coils of other phases.

The present invention relates to a multi-pin chip mounting method and apparatus based on a TAB (Tape Automated Bonding) system in which leads formed on a tape and bumps formed an IC chip are aligned with each other and compress-bonded to each other. An IC chip having bumps formed on a surface thereof and inner leads formed on a carrier tape are disposed opposite to each other at a bonding station. A position of the IC chip on a stage is detected through the inner leads at the bonding station to determine the amount of correction of position of the stage. The inner leads and the IC chip are aligned with each other on the basis of the determined correction amount and are thereafter bonded to each other.
