An information control system capable of precisely defining and executing a condition for stipulating a state of an apparatus to be controlled. A storage unit stores an object definition table storing data items of a structure and a state of an object constituting a controlled system, and an actor definition table storing a monitor condition of an object state, an object monitor item and a setting value, as an actor as a control element for monitoring and controlling the object. A processing unit receives an object state from the controlled system, and when the state changes, transmits changed state value to the actor. The actor then refers to the actor definition table to judge whether the monitor condition is satisfied, and if satisfied, changes the setting value of the monitor condition and transmits a control command for setting value change to the object corresponding to the monitor item.

Information control system and information control method

A jitter measuring circuit that is capable of measuring the amount of clock jitter and the amount of logic circuit delay jitter separately is provided. The jitter measuring circuit comprises a variable logic delaying section, a data holding section and a controller. The data holding section outputs predetermined data whenever a delay time of the variable logic delaying section is within a time period equivalent to one clock cycle. While the controller changes a delay time of the variable logic delaying section, it observes whether the data holding section outputs expected data and finds a marginal delay time which represents the amount of jitter. If the jitter measuring circuit operates on a power supply without power supply noise, the measured jitter has component of the clock signal only, and if it operates on a power supply with power supply noise, the jitter contains components of the clock signal plus the logic delay time variation.

Access to restricted areas or devices are controlled by based on collecting information about the surrounding environment in connection with those restricted areas or service devices. Generally, one refers to service devices and access to service devices. Area access control can be viewed as being provided by a service device (e.g., an automated door or gate), access to which permits entry to (or exit from) a controlled area. Information about the surrounding environment includes, but is not limited to, the presence or absence of particular individuals, the presence or absence of other service devices, the location and/or proximity of other service devices, the location of the user requesting access to the service device, and so on. Based on knowledge of the surrounding environment, service access to the device can be permitted or denied.

In a semiconductor integrated circuit, a selector selects a signal FB at the input thereof by giving a proper level to a signal EN. By setting two-phase scan clocks SC , SC of F/F so that F/F are set to the through state, a signal can be passed from F/F to F/F under a through state in the above circuit. Further, there can be fabricated a critical path-ring oscillator which is self-oscillated in the critical path by negatively feeding back the output of F/F to F/F through the signal FB. The logic in the ring is required to be an inverted logic. An output buffer circuit having adjustable output impedance, including a buffer circuit and a first element which provides a counted value based on a clock signal and outputs the counted value. The output buffer circuit also includes a second element which controls the first element based on an output from the buffer circuit. The control buffer circuit has a third element which receives an input of the counted value and controls the impedance of the buffer circuit based on the counted value. Another embodiment of the output buffer circuit includes a buffer circuit and a first circuit which receives inputs of a reference potential and the potential of an output of the buffer circuit and accordingly controls the buffer circuit so that the potential of the output of the buffer circuit becomes close to the reference potential.
