A second metal moldhas a through holethat extends in the movement direction of the second metal mold. A first metal moldhas an internal threaded portionthat extends on a common line with the through holeand has an opening at the surface of the first metal moldfacing the second metal mold. A boltformed by a shaftand a headis employed. The shaftis passed through the through holein such a manner that the headis arranged at the opposite side to the first metal moldwith respect to the second metal mold, and the distal end of the shaftis located at the same side as the first metal moldwith respect to the second metal mold. When the second metal moldis held in contact with the first metal mold, the boltis rotated by an electric motorthrough the head. In this manner, an external thread, which is formed at the distal end of the shaft, is threaded to the internal threadsof the internal threaded portion. This presses the second metal moldagainst the first metal mold
