An engine mount control apparatus that is an active noise vibration control apparatus according to the present disclosure is characterized by being provided with a housing that has an outer core, an inner core that is disposed inside the outer core, and an electromagnetic coil that is positioned between the outer core and the inner core and by a portion between the outer core and the inner core being filled with a magneto-rheological elastomer containing magnetic particles. The present disclosure enables the maintenance of good static load support performance.

Active noise vibration control apparatus and method for manufacturing same

A magneto-rheological elastomer composition () includes a matrix resin () and a magnetic powder (). The magnetic powder () is contained in an amount of 30 to 70% by volume based on 100% by volume of the composition. The magneto-rheological elastomer composition () has an Asker C hardness of 5 to 60 as determined by the Standard SRIS0101 of the Society of Rubber Science and Technology, Japan. The average particle size of the magnetic powder is preferably 2 to 500 &#x3bc;m, and the matrix resin is preferably an organopolysiloxane. The storage modulus of the magneto-rheological elastomer composition preferably changes by five times or more upon application of a magnetic force with a magnetic flux density of 200 mT. Thus, the present invention provides a magneto-rheological elastomer composition that greatly changes its storage modulus upon application of magnetism, a method for producing the same, and a vibration absorbing device including the same.

This dynamic damper is provided with a movable part that can be moved by external input, and an excitation coil for generating a magnetic field of an intensity corresponding to a supplied electric current. The movable part is configured to include: first and second magnetic cores in which magnetic paths, which are pathways for the magnetic field generated by the excitation coil, are configured as annular closed magnetic paths; and a magnetic viscous elastomer of which the viscous properties change in accordance with the size of the magnetic field generated by the excitation coil. The magnetic viscous elastomer is arranged so as link at least one location in the first and second magnetic cores and constitutes a closed magnetic path.

The detection range and the detection precision of a sensor device that makes use of the deformation of a viscoelastic elastomer are made variable. The sensor device comprises a magnetic viscoelastic elastomer containing electroconductive magnetic particles dispersed therein so as to demonstrate an elastic modulus that varies depending on a magnetic field applied thereto and an electric resistance in a prescribed direction that varies depending on a deformation thereof, electromagnets for applying a magnetic field that can be varied to the magnetic viscoelastic elastomer, a resistance detection circuit for detecting the electric resistance of the magnetic viscoelastic elastomer, and a control unit for computing at least one of a deformation state of the magnetic viscoelastic elastomer and a load applied to the magnetic viscoelastic elastomer according to a detection value of the resistance detection circuit and a magnitude of the magnetic field applied by the electromagnets.
