An update method in which a computer updates data stored in a first storage device by copying a plurality of files stored in the first storage device to a second storage device and writing the files updated in the second storage device back to the first storage device, the plurality of files constituting a part of a database. The update method includes a query determination for determining whether a query for requesting writing to one of the files stored in the second storage device is based on a cluster key of the database, low-frequency file identification for identifying a file having a low writing frequency among the files stored in the second storage device, and write-back for writing the file having the low writing frequency identified in the low-frequency file identification to the first storage device.

Update method and database update apparatus

To improve resource utilization efficiency of query compliance check, which is check as to whether a query complies with a restriction imposed on data. The query compliance check is roughly divided into data flow policy check as to whether a data flow policy that defines a restriction on data transfer within a county or between countries is complied with, and organization rule check as to whether an organization rule that defines a restriction on sharing outside an organization is complied with, which are hierarchically configured. By analyzing a received query, a system identifies one or more data items as target input/output (I/O) data according to the query, and executes the data flow policy check on the identified one or more data items. When a result of the data flow policy check is false, the system returns a result that the query is compliance violation without executing the organization rule check.

Query processing system and method

Provided are a data management apparatus, a data management system, and a data management method capable of creating an alternative for a useful query when a query for operating a database violates a data handling regulation of the database. When data scheduled to be generated based on the database by the query violates a rule that is the data handling regulation of the database, a data processing server generates an alternative query candidate to replace the query. The data processing server determines whether the alternative query candidate violates the rule by determining whether data scheduled to be generated based on the database by the alternative query candidate complies with the rule. When the alternative query candidate does not violate the rule, the data processing server proposes the alternative query candidate as an alternative query.

Data management apparatus, data management system, and data management method

A data management system includes a processor. An estimated ETL level mapping processing unit is operated on the processor to estimate existence of unregistered ETL that is ETL not registered in a repository, to calculate a degree of similarity based on matching between an existing data model and retained data, and to extract a column to be a candidate based on the degree of similarity. The existence of the unregistered ETL is estimated by estimating the presence or absence of connectedness in the ETLs on the basis of correspondence between input data and output data in ETLs by using an execution ETL log relevant to an execution history of the ETL.

A digital twin management system manages a virtual model that represents an actual physical system in a virtual space on a real-time basis. To generate an integrated virtual model by adding a second virtual model to a first virtual model, a processor of the digital twin system extracts multiple parts that can be used in common in the first virtual model and the second virtual model, generates multiple integrated virtual models that are candidates of an integrated virtual model by changing the extracted parts that can be used in common, calculates an evaluation of each of the generated integrated virtual models, and outputs configuration information regarding each of the integrated virtual model candidates and an evaluation of the integrated virtual model candidate in association with each other.

Digital twin management system and method

A distributed transaction in which appropriate patterns are combined without modifying implementation of a management system even when a service characteristic of a participating system changes. A management system receives input of a distributed transaction flow defining respective call sequential numbers of participating systems and service characteristic information representing respective service characteristics of the participating systems. The management system specifies an applied pattern for each of the participating systems based on pattern information including information for each pattern that represents a constraint condition of a service characteristic of a participating system as a call target. The applied pattern is a pattern satisfying the constraint condition corresponding to the service characteristic of the participating system. The management system generates a pattern-applied call program for each of the participating systems, and generates a distributed transaction program based on the pattern-applied call programs and a call sequence of the participating systems.

An analysis management server stores a factory A catalog group including a plurality of catalogs in factory A, an application destination catalog including a plurality of catalogs in factory B, and an application source analysis data correspondence table associating columns between a target table of factory A and a defect factor analysis table. A CPU is configured to: identify an unconnected catalog for which a catalog of factory B having an identical correspondence does not exist among the plurality of catalogs of factory A included in the application source analysis data correspondence table; identify an unconnected correspondence, which is a correspondence of the unconnected catalog in the application source analysis data correspondence table, sensor data of factory B, and an identical path correspondence which is a correspondence of a catalog on a path including the unconnected catalog; and display information of the unconnected correspondence and the identical path correspondence.

A CPU of a data integration server detects first rare words whose number existing as words relating to configurations of tables of a factory data model is equal to or smaller than a predetermined number, detects second rare words whose number existing as words relating to configurations of tables in a common data model is equal to or smaller than a predetermined number, determines whether or not determination conditions for determining that a second column included in the common data model is a synonymous column candidate of a first column of the factory data model are satisfied, and, in the case where the determination conditions are satisfied, selects the second column as the synonymous column candidate of the first column. The determination conditions include a condition that one of the first rare words around the first column matches one of the second rare words around the second column.

Some stream data (e.g., sensor streams) has characteristics in which data is periodically sent to a stream data processing server. When data arrives periodically, to hold a certain period is the same as to hold a certain amount. Example implementations described herein are directed to replacing the range window, which holds a period of stream data, with a row window which holds an amount of stream data. In the same manner, the example implementations replace the range rstream, which outputs results every period, with a row rstream which outputs results for every amount.

Stream data processing method with time adjustment

A network interface receives stream data and a processor processes the stream data. The processor: constructs an operator graph comprising information regarding a plurality of operators for processing the stream data based on a query; assigns an operator execution order to the plurality of operators based on an inter-operator input and output relation, with respect to all of the operators on the operator graph; extracts a set of the operators that maintains the stream data assigned with a time stamp, a time of which is earlier than or equal to a reference time, in an input queue; and executes processing of the stream data assigned with the time stamp, having the earliest time, in the operator assigned a minimum operator graph execution order among the operators and maintaining the stream data assigned with the time stamp having the earliest time, among the extracted set of the operators.

Method for processing stream data and system thereof

A stream data processing computer comprises: a query execution module to receive an input stream of stream data, manage execution order of operators for executing a query, and output an output stream, the operators including static recursive execution modules, a judge operator, and a dynamic recursive execution module; and a memory including a temporal store to store data generated in executing the query. The static recursive execution modules are configured to conduct a recursive number of static recursive execution of the query. The judge operator is configured to determine whether a preset condition is met after the recursive number of static recursive execution of the query. The dynamic recursive execution module is configured, if the preset condition is not met, to continue execution of the query by dynamic recursive execution from a last result of a last module of the static recursive execution modules, based on a dynamic recursive value.

Exemplary embodiments are directed to a combination of real time processing functions and batch time processing functions to process stream data. When a query is received with a target function, the target function is processed based on the utilization of both a real-time processing function and a batch time processing function. The real time processing functions may be executed by a sliding window, and the batch processing function may be executed by a jumping window.

The reliability is improved at a low cost even in a virtualized server environment. The number of spare servers is reduced for improving the reliability and for saving a licensing fee for software on the spare servers. A server system comprises a plurality of physical servers on which a plurality of virtual servers run, a single standby server, a module for detecting an active virtual server, and a module for switching the correspondence of boot disks of virtualization modules for controlling virtual servers to the physical servers. When a physical server fails, the boot disk of the associated virtualization module is connected to a spare server to automatically activate on the spare server those virtual servers which have been active upon occurrence of the failure.
