A rotary electric machine rotor includes a rotor core and a core support member that supports the rotor core. The core support member includes a tubular portion formed in a tubular shape and a support portion supported so as to be rotatable with respect to a non-rotary member to support the tubular portion from the inner side in a radial direction. The core support member is formed such that a diameter of a fitting surface portion in a specific region, which includes an overlapping region which overlaps a connection region as viewed in the radial direction, is smaller than a diameter of the fitting surface portion in a general region which is a region other than the specific region.

Manufacturing method for rotary electric machine rotor

A friction engagement device includes an elastic member between a piston and a friction plate in an axial direction. Elastic member includes: second engaged portion to be brought into engagement with engagement portion of tubular member so as to be movable in axial direction; and annular plate portion sandwiched between pressing surface of piston and friction plate from both sides in axial direction. Surface of annular plate portion facing first axial side is provided with projection and recess arranged alternately in circumferential direction. Assuming that a phase where radial groove provided in pressing surface and projection provided on annular plate portion are located at corresponding positions in circumferential direction is a particular phase, engagement portion of tubular member, first engaged portion of piston, and second engaged portion of elastic member are formed such that piston and elastic member are unable to come into engagement with tubular member at particular phase.

Friction engagement device

A vehicle drive apparatus includes: a first bearing disposed between a rotor support member and a case in a radial direction so as to restrict movement of the rotor support member to a first axial side relative to the case; and a second bearing disposed between a connecting shaft and the case in an axial direction so as to restrict movement of the connecting shaft to a second axial side relative to the case. A fluid transmission device is disposed on the first axial side relative to the connecting shaft. The rotor support member includes a tubular portion having a tubular shape extending in the axial direction and fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the connecting shaft. Movement of the connecting shaft to the first axial side relative to the tubular portion is restricted.

Vehicle drive apparatus

In an electric oil pump device including a drive power source and a gear device through which a vehicle drive force of the drive power source is transmitted, the electric oil pump device delivering a lubricant oil to the gear device, and generating a hydraulic pressure for controlling the gear device, a pump portion for delivering the lubricant oil, a motor portion for operating the pump portion, and a driver portion for controlling an operation of the motor portion are included. The pump portion, motor portion and driver portion are formed integrally with each other, or the driver portion is disposed adjacent to the motor portion. The pump portion and a part or an entirety of the motor portion are disposed within a space defined by an oil pan and a casing accommodating the gear device, and the driver portion is disposed outside the casing and the oil pan.

Vehicular electric oil pump device

A rotating electric machine includes a case, a stator, a first rotary member including a rotor core and a first shaft, a second rotary member including a second shaft, and a multiple disc clutch. A first oil passage and a second oil passage are provided inside the case. The first oil passage starts from an inside of the first shaft or an inside of the second shaft, passes through the multiple disc clutch from an inner side to an outer side in a radial direction with respect to a rotation center, and reaches an inner side of the rotor core in the radial direction. The second oil passage starts from the inside of the first shaft or the inside of the second shaft and reaches the inner side of the rotor core in the radial direction without passing through the multiple disc clutch.

Rotating electric machine

An automatic transmission where the control portion controls the adjustment solenoid valve so that the circulation hydraulic pressure equals to a second circulation hydraulic pressure higher than the first circulation hydraulic pressure when the rotational speed difference between the output rotational speed of the fluid transmission device and the rotational speed of the driving source is more than the predetermined rotational speed.

Automatic transmission

A vehicle drive control device performs acceleration/deceleration running by alternately repeating acceleration running and deceleration running, wherein it compares between an efficiency of the motor at a first operation point determined by a rotation speed and a torque of a motor and an efficiency of the motor at a second operation point for outputting a higher torque than the first operation point, and if a difference between the efficiencies is greater than a determination value, the acceleration running at the second operation point and the deceleration running being repeated, the second operation point being set a maximum efficiency line of the motor with the rotation speed and the torque of the motor as parameters to perform the acceleration running, and if acceleration during the acceleration running becomes larger than an acceleration limit value, a rotating machine acting at least as an electric generator generating electricity to charge a battery.

Vehicle drive control device

A hydraulic control apparatus, wherein the first switching valve receives an input of one of the hydraulic pressure from the first electromagnetic valve device and the predetermined hydraulic pressure from the third switching valve, as a switching signal pressure, the first switching valve is switched from the first state to the second state in response to the input of the switching signal pressure, and the first switching valve is held in the second state, and the second switching valve receives an input of one of the hydraulic pressure from the first electromagnetic valve device and the predetermined hydraulic pressure from the third switching valve, as a holding pressure for holding the normal supply state.

Hydraulic control apparatus

A powertrain unit includes an engine and a power transmission device that transmits drive force of the engine to a drive wheel of a vehicle, the power transmission device including a transmission provided in a power transmission path between the engine and the drive wheel. An oil pan is provided below the transmission. A guard member covering at least a portion of the oil pan from below is provided below the oil pan. The guard member has a first end secured to a portion of the powertrain unit which is located in front of the transmission in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and has a second end, opposite the first end, secured to a portion of the powertrain unit which is located behind the transmission in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The rigidity of the powertrain unit is improved by utilizing the rigidity of the guard member.

Powertrain unit

It is provided a control device of a hybrid vehicle having an engine, an electric motor, a clutch disposed in a power transmission path between the engine and the electric motor, and a hydraulic power transmission device with a lockup clutch disposed in a power transmission path between the electric motor and drive wheels, the control device being configured to engage the clutch and provide slip control of the lockup clutch when the engine is started from motor running using the electric motor, and to lower an engagement pressure of the lockup clutch as compared to the case of an engine start caused by an acceleration request from a driver if the start of the engine is an engine start caused by a request from a hybrid system.

Control device of hybrid vehicle

A control device of a vehicle engine comprises: an electric motor rotationally driving an engine to start the engine; a variable valve timing mechanism varying a valve timing of an intake valve of the engine; and an intermediate lock mechanism mechanically locking the valve timing at an intermediate position between a most delayed position and a most advanced position of the valve timing, if an output limitation of the electric motor is predicted at restart of the engine, the valve timing at the time of stop of the engine being locked at the intermediate lock position by the intermediate lock mechanism.

Vehicle engine control device

A hydraulic control device configured with a source pressure generation section, a hydraulic servo for a clutch provided between an engine and a motor, a control solenoid valve that outputs a regulated source pressure to the hydraulic servo, and a switching section that switches a hydraulic passage, which extends between the source pressure generation section and the hydraulic servo to supply the engagement pressure, between a first and second state in which the hydraulic passage has a high conduit resistance compared to the first state at least until the clutch is engaged. The switching section switches the hydraulic passage into the second state during a failure in which the control solenoid valve is de-energized and the source pressure is directly supplied to the hydraulic servo as the engagement pressure, and switches the hydraulic passage into the first state during normal times when the failure does not occur.

Hydraulic control device for hybrid drive device

A vehicle driving apparatus includes a rotating electrical machine and an engagement device, which are disposed on a power transmission path linking an input member drive-coupled to an internal combustion engine and an output member drive-coupled to a wheel. The engagement device includes an engagement input coupled to the input member, an engagement output that forms a pair with the engagement input and is coupled to the rotating electrical machine, a friction member disposed between the engagement input and the engagement output, and a pressing member that presses the friction member in a pressing direction. An oil pressure chamber is formed between the pressing member and either the engagement input or the engagement output. A biasing spring biases the pressing member in the pressing direction when no oil pressure is supplied to the oil pressure chamber and is disposed on an exterior of the oil pressure chamber.

It is provided a control device of a hybrid vehicle having a clutch in a power transmission path between an engine and a motor generator, the clutch controlling power transmission through the power transmission path depending on an engagement state, the hybrid vehicle interrupting the power transmission through the power transmission path by releasing the clutch during EV running while only the motor generator is used as a drive source for running, during the EV running while a release instruction for the clutch is output, if the engine being driven, a rotation speed of the engine is maintained within a predetermined rotation speed difference from a rotation speed of the motor generator.

It is provided a vehicle power transmission device having a hydraulic power transmission device and a power transmission mechanism, the hydraulic power transmission device including an input-side rotating member that houses an output-side rotating member disposed with turbine blades and fluid flowing from pump blades to turbine blades, the vehicle power transmission device having an engine intermittent clutch and a lockup clutch disposed closer to an engine relative to the turbine blades in the input-side rotating member, one of the engine intermittent clutch and the lockup clutch being a single plate clutch, the vehicle power transmission device further comprising an electric motor, and the hydraulic power transmission device including a first damper inserted in a power transmission path between the crankshaft of the engine and the electric motor, and a second damper inserted in a power transmission path between the first damper and the output-side rotating member.
