A riding vehicle includes: a main body portion supporting a wheel; a seat stay erected on the main body portion and configured to be switched between a riding state in which a person rides and a cart state in which a person does not ride; a seat fixed to an upper side of the seat stay; a frame provided on the seat stay and configured to hold luggage in the riding state and the cart state; a steering stay erected on the main body portion at an interval with respect to the seat stay in a traveling direction; and a handle provided on the steering stay, in which the frame, in the cart state, exists in a region closer to the handle as compared with that in the riding state.

Riding vehicle

A riding vehicle includes: a main body supporting a wheel and on which a steering stay and a seat stay are erected at an interval in a traveling direction; a handle provided on the steering stay; a pedestal portion fixed to an upper end of the seat stay; a seat rotatably connected to the pedestal portion, and configured to switch between a riding state where the seat stands upright to cover the pedestal portion from above so as to be in an arrangement suitable for riding and a cart state where the seat is inclined in a traveling direction away from the steering stay to open an upper portion of the pedestal portion so as to be in an arrangement suitable for conveyance movement with baggage placed thereon; and a stopper interposed between the pedestal portion and the seat and regulating the seat in the riding and cart states.

An actuator device includes: a motor that is a driving source; a reduction gear that decelerates rotation of the motor; an accommodating member that accommodates the reduction gear; and a conductive member that is disposed integrally with the accommodating member and is in sliding contact with the reduction gear so that a ground circuit capable of grounding the reduction gear is formed.

An opening/closing body control device for a vehicle includes: a drive section for driving an opening/closing body; a controller for controlling the drive section; a handle unit that is operable by an manipulation input in an opening direction and is operable by an manipulation input in a closing direction; a manipulation input detector for detecting the manipulation input for the handle unit and the direction of the manipulation input; and an operation position detector for detecting the operation position of the opening/closing body. When the opening/closing body is in a fully open position, the controller executes closing operation control in order to bring the opening/closing body into closing operation in both a case where the manipulation input in the closing direction is detected and a case where the manipulation input in the opening direction is detected.

Opening/closing body control device for vehicle

A door opening/closing device for use in a vehicle is provided with a driving member. The driving member has a permanent-magnet motor provided with two terminals and an output member, which is rotationally driven by the permanent-magnet motor. The driving member is mounted on either a vehicle body or a vehicle door and is coupled to the other via the output member. As the output member rotates, the vehicle door opens or closes. The door opening/closing device is also provided with a switching device configured to switch the permanent-magnet motor between an energizable state, in which the permanent-magnet motor can receive electricity through the two terminals, and a brake state, in which the terminals are short-circuited. The switching device switches the permanent-magnet motor into the brake state when the vehicle door is in any position other than the fully closed position.

Door-opening/closing device for use in vehicle

A step device for a vehicle includes a step member, a drive member provided at the step member and configured to drive a slide door to open and close, the step member including a metal-made rail portion configured to be fixed to a vehicle body and configured to guide the slide door to move at an opening and closing operation of the slide door, and a resin-made step main body integrally including a step panel, a rail fitting portion protruding from the step panel to be fitted onto an outer surface of the rail portion, and a drive member setting portion to which the drive member is set. The resin-made step main body and the metal-made rail portion form a guide rail. The guide rail is configured to guide the slide door to move over an entire range of the opening and closing operation of the slide door.

Step device for vehicle

A vehicle door handle device is configured so that, after a frame is assembled to an outer panel of a slide door, a link base, a connecting link, and a hand grip are mounted to the frame. Next, a lever and a cap are mounted to the hand grip and the frame, thereby assembling each component member to the outer panel. When the hand grip is moved through a door opening operation in the same direction as a slide door opening direction, an operation force for releasing a fully closed latch mechanism, which retains the slide door in a fully closed state, is generated. In addition, when the hand grip is moved through a door closing operation in the same direction as a slide door closing direction, an operation force for releasing a fully opened latch mechanism, which retains the slide door in a fully opened state, is generated.

Door handle device for vehicle

Provided is a wiring holding structure, wherein wiring for electrically connecting a vehicle body to the vehicle sliding door is held in the vehicle body. The wiring holding structure comprises a step member provided adjacent to the vehicle sliding door and a holding portion for holding the wiring. The step member is molded of plastic material. The holding portion is for holding the wiring. The holding portion comprises a first holding portion integrally molded onto the step member; and a second holding member that is fixed to face the first holding section. The second holding member holds the wiring together with the first holding portion. The number of components necessary for the wiring holding structure can thereby be reduced, and the size of the wiring holding structure is made more compact.

Wiring holding structure for vehicle sliding door

A step unit that guides a sliding door of a vehicle includes a step member and a rail plate member. The step member includes first and second lower rails. The first lower rail has two ends that face toward each other to form a cutout portion in between. The rail plate member is arranged in the cutout portion. The step member includes an insertion hole and an extended portion. The insertion hole is located at a position corresponding to the cutout portion. The extended portion is extended from at least one of the two ends to support the rail plate member against a load received by the rail plate member from the roller. The rail plate member is inserted through the insertion hole from above the upper side of the step member and fixed by a fastening member to the step member.

Step unit

A hand grip has an arm and a leg. The arm and the leg extend through a door outer panel and are supported by a holder member and a frame member in a freely pivotable manner, respectively. By operating the hand grip in the same direction as when a sliding door is opened, the arm is pivoted relative to the holder member retained at an initial position, so that a full close latch mechanism is unlocked. By operating the hand grip in the same direction as when the sliding door is closed, the leg is pivoted relative to the frame member, while the holder member is pivoted relative to the frame member against urging force of a coil spring, so that a full open latch mechanism is unlocked.

Vehicle door handle device

A driving mechanism is arranged such that at least a part is contained within a space corresponding to the external shape of a driving motor, that is, within a space corresponding to a distance in the radial direction of the driving motor. The driving mechanism comprises a pinion, a transmission gear, a ring gear that forms a fixed axis, and a carrier. The pinion is connected to a rotary shaft of the driving motor. The transmission gear has a disk gear portion that meshes with the pinion, and a sun gear portion that is located on the same side as the pinion with respect to the disk gear portion. The carrier has a planet gear and rotates with a drum.

Vehicle door driving device

A step unit comprises: a step member which is provided on the vehicle body side so as to be adjacent to a slide door of the vehicle and has a flat plate section on which an occupant's foot is placed; and a drive device which is affixed to the step member and drives the slide door to open and close the slide door. The step member is molded using a resin material and has a accommodation portion which is provided with a bottom formed below the upper surface of the flat plate section. The drive device is affixed while at least a part thereof is accommodated within the accommodation portion.

A driving device includes a first rotating member, an armature member being movable and rotatable together with, a second rotating member being rotatable relative to the armature member, a magnetic force generating portion for generating a magnetic force for attracting the armature member toward the second rotating member in order to establish a connection between the armature member and the second rotating member so as to be integrally rotatable, a sensor magnet fixed to the second rotating member, a sensor provided for detecting a change of the magnetic field and a fixing member formed with a first claw portion engaged with the second rotating member and a second claw portion engaged with the sensor magnet while being press-fitted thereto in a radial direction thereof, wherein the sensor magnet is fixed to the second rotating member by means of the fixing member.

Driving device

A step unit includes: a step member which is provided with a pair of lower rails extending in an opening and closing direction of a slide door of the vehicle; and a rail plate member which is provided to a cutout formed in a part of either of the lower rails and which continuously connects the lower rails in the opening and closing direction. The step member is molded using a resin material and is provided with an insertion hole which vertically penetrates through the step member at a position corresponding to the cutout; and a support extension section which is extended from a side end of the cutout of the lower rail. The rail plate member is mounted to the step member by being inserted so as to penetrate through the insertion hole from above the step member.

A vehicle door driving apparatus includes a driving mechanism fixed to a vehicle door and including a motor and a drum rotationally driven by the motor. A rope member is wound around the drum and linked to the vehicle body, and rotation of the drum is transmitted to the vehicle body by the rope member to open and close the vehicle door. The driving mechanism includes: a first small-diameter gear linked to the rotary axis of the motor to rotate together with the rotary shaft of the motor; a transmission gear rotatable around the axis extending in the vehicle width direction; a sun gear rotatable around such axis; a ring gear disposed on the same axis as the sun gear; and a carrier having a planet gear engaging the sun gear and the ring gear, and linked to the drum so that the carrier rotates together with the drum.
