A power supply device includes: a bus bar which connects the electrode terminals facing each other. The bus bar includes: a first connection portion which is connected to one of the electrode terminals; a second connection portion which is connected to another of the electrode terminals; a first rising portion which is coupled to the first connection portion through a first bent portion; a second rising portion which is coupled to the second connection portion through a second bent portion, and is disposed in an orientation of crossing the first rising portion; and a middle linking portion which is coupled to the first rising portion through a third bent portion facing the first bent portion, and the second rising portion through a fourth bent portion facing the second bent portion.

Power supply device and bus bar for battery cell

A power supply device includes: a plurality of secondary battery cells; separators having insulation property which are interposed between the adjacent secondary battery cells in a state where the plurality of secondary battery cells are stacked; end plates disposed at both end surfaces of a battery stacked body where the secondary battery cells and the separators are alternatively stacked; a pair of battery fastening members which fasten the end plates each other; and an intermediate bracket interposed at an intermediate portion of the battery stacked body. The pair of battery fastening members have fastening member-side fixing portions for fixing the intermediate bracket at an intermediate portion in a longitudinal direction of each of the pair of battery fastening members, the intermediate bracket has bracket-side fixing portions which are fixed to the fastening member-side fixing portions.

A power supply device is provided with: a plurality of battery cells, each of which has a prismatic external form; a separator connected to each battery cell to cover at least a portion of the surface of the battery cell; and a fastening member that fastens a battery stack obtained by stacking the battery cells covered by the separator in a state where main surfaces face each other. The separator is formed from an insulating material which is elastically deformable, and provided with the main plate section covering the main surface of the battery cell disposed to face said section, a box-shaped covering section provided on a bottom part of the main plate section on a side of a first surface, and a corner covering section provided on a top part of the main plate section on the side of the first surface.
