A drive unit includes an internal combustion engine () disposed in an engine compartment (), a first electric motor () and a second electric motor (), and an inverter () disposed above an electromotive unit (). The drive unit has: a first harness () that connects the inverter and the first electric motor; a second harness () that connects the inverter and the second electric motor; a step portion () formed so as to be recessed on one side or the other side, in the left-right direction, of the upper end of the inverter; and an AC terminal block () disposed in the step portion. The first harness and the second harness respectively extend downward from the DC terminal block while extending outward, and are respectively connected to upper parts of the first electric motor and the second electric motor.

Vehicle drive unit

A vehicle drive unit includes an internal combustion engine (), an electromotive unit () having a first electric motor () and a second electric motor (), an inverter () disposed above the electromotive unit, a first harness () that electrically connects the inverter and a first terminal block () of the first electric motor, and a second harness () that electrically connects the inverter and a second terminal block () of the second electric motor. The first electric motor and the second electric motor are disposed in a vehicle front-rear direction. Of the first electric motor and the second electric motor, one electric motor is disposed on the front side in the front-rear direction, and the other electric motor is disposed on the rear side in the front-rear direction. The other electric motor is offset upward in the up-down direction with respect to the one electric motor. The electromotive unit has a predetermined space (A) formed: in a region above the one electric motor and in rear of the front end of the one electric motor; and in a region in front of the other motor and below the upper end of the other electric motor. The first terminal block and the second terminal block are located in the predetermined space.

A mounting structure for an electric device of a vehicle includes a case body configured to accommodate the electric device inside the case body, at least one fixing portion provided continuously with the case body and configured to be fixed to a vehicle body of the vehicle, and at least one hollow portion disposed between the case body and the fixing portion. When a load from the vehicle body is transmitted to the fixing portion, the hollow portion is deformed and/or broken by the load so that the load can be absorbed. Thus, transmission of the load to the case body can be suppressed.

Electric device mounting structure

A fastening structure of an onboard apparatus to be fastened to a vehicle body includes a support member that is fastened to the vehicle body to support the onboard apparatus and has a protruding section protruding rearward beyond a rear face of the onboard apparatus, and a bracket having a front fastening section to be fastened to a lower face of a rear section of the onboard apparatus, a rear fastening section to be fastened to the protruding section of the support member, and a fragile section provided between the front fastening section and the rear fastening section. By an external force from a front side of the onboard apparatus, the fragile section is deformed and the rear section of the onboard apparatus is moved upward using the rear fastening section as a fulcrum.

Fastening structure of onboard apparatus

An inverter cover for covering an inverter provided in a front space which is formed in front of a vehicle room in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, by partitioning the vehicle room with a vehicle body panel, includes: a body part for covering an upper face of the inverter; and an extended part extended rearward from the body part so as to be positioned between a connecting part which is provided in a rear part of the inverter and to which a harness is connected, and an edge part which is protruded frontward from the vehicle body panel.

To provide a rotating electrical machine for a vehicle having efficiently increased protection strength, a protective member mounted on a facing surface facing a side member of a rotating electrical machine disposed on the inner side along the width direction of the vehicle than the side member, has a protective portion apart from the outer surface of a cover forming a facing surface of the rotating electrical machine in an area of the rotating electrical machine facing the side member, and has a space ensured between the outer surface of the cover forming the facing surface of the rotating electrical machine and the protective portion.

Rotating electrical machine for vehicle

An injection flame burner in which temperature of the generated flame itself can be sustained around the flame. A plurality of double structure injection nozzles each consisting of an outer tube and an inner tube provided coaxially with the outer tube, are arranged such that hydrogen gas is ejected from one of the outer tubes and the inner tubes and oxygen gas is ejected from the other tubes, and the injection port of each injection nozzle is located on the injection surface. Each injection nozzle includes at least one main injection nozzle having an inner tube formed to spread toward the injection surface side, and another sub-injection nozzle arranged around the main injection nozzle, wherein gas is injected from the inner tube of the main injection nozzle under a higher pressure state as compared with gas injected from the sub-injection nozzle.
