A bed is composed of combining a wheelchair and a bed main body portion. The wheelchair has a seating bottom portion composed of bendably coupling a plurality of divided members, a chair bottom support member supporting the seating bottom portion, a chair base portion for fixing the chair bottom support member, and traveling wheels supporting the chair base portion. The bed main body portion has a bed bottom portion composed of bendably coupling a plurality of divided members, a bed bottom support member supporting the bed bottom portion, and a bed base portion for fixing the bed bottom support member. In a case where the wheelchair and the bed main body portion are combined, a support member supporting the seating bottom portion is switched from the chair bottom support member to the bed bottom support member.

Bed, and combining method and separating method of bed

In a bed including a wheelchair and a bed main body portion, the wheelchair has a seating bottom portion composed of bendably coupling a plurality of divided members. A chair bottom support member supports the seating bottom portion, the chair bottom support member changing a shape of a leg bottom part in conjunction with inclination of a back bottom part. A chair base portion fixes the chair bottom support member. Front casters are provided in the chair base portion, the front casters being capable of freely changing direction. Both side wheel bottom support members are axially supported on the chair base portion. Rear casters are provided at one end of the both side wheel bottom support members, the rear casters being capable of freely changing direction. Traveling wheels are provided at the other end of both side wheel bottom support members, whose traveling direction is fixed to a straight-moving direction. Caster links couple parts of the both side wheel bottom support members on the side of the rear casters and the back bottom part of the chair bottom support member.

Wheelchair and bed

A syringe drive deviceaccording to the present invention includes: an outer tube fixing portionthat detachably fixes an outer tubeof a syringe; a plunger holderthat holds a plungerof the syringe; and a drive portion that moves the plunger holderalong an axis of the syringe. The outer tube fixing portionincludes: a flange catcherfacing a rear end of a flangeof the outer tube, the rear end being located far from the plungerto be pushed; slide portionsandthat are located in front of a front end of the flangeto hold the flangebetween the flange catcherand the slide portions, the front end being located close to the plungerto be pushed; slide guidesandthat support the slide portionsandso as to be slidable along the axis of the syringe; and a slide portion operation mechanism that is switchable between a first state where the slide portionsandslide along the axis of the syringe, and a second state where the slide portionsandare held at positions to hold the flangebetween the flange catcherand the slide portions.

Syringe drive device

A wheelchair includes a seating bottom portion, a chair back bottom support member supporting a chair back bottom member, and a chair knee bottom support member supporting a chair knee bottom member. A chair leg first bottom support member is bendably coupled to the chair knee bottom support member. The chair leg first bottom support member supports a chair leg first bottom member, a chair leg second bottom support member is bendably coupled to the chair leg first bottom support member, and the chair leg second bottom support member supports a chair leg second bottom member. A chair base portion bendably couples the chair back bottom support member and the chair knee bottom support member and supports a chair waist bottom member, a first link portion coupling the chair back bottom support member and the chair knee bottom support member, and a second link portion coupling the chair back bottom support member and the chair leg first bottom support member to each other. The wheelchair forms a bed capable of being changed to a knee lifting posture when being combined with a bed main body portion.

Bed and wheelchair

A movable bed of the present invention, which includes a mat portion of a bed to lie thereon, and is composed of a fixed portion and a moving portion, is designed as a wheel chair in such a manner that the moving portion can be separated from or joined to the fixed portion and be transformed from a lying posture state to a sitting posture state, and when the moving portion is joined to the fixed portion so as to form the movable bed, an upper surface of a resting portion, allowing a person to carry thereon, of the moving portion and an inner surface of an armrest portion are configured to form a mat surface of the mat portion of the movable bed.
