A throttle device includes a throttle body, a throttle valve, a throttle shaft, a throttle gear, and a coil spring. A cylindrical spring guide disposed in the coil spring is provided on the throttle body. A full-close stopper and a full-open stopper arranged at a prescribed interval in a circumferential direction are provided on the spring guide. A fully closed opening regulation lever includes a full-close abutment configured to abut against the full-close stopper and full-open abutment configured to abut against the full-open stopper.

Throttle device

The throttle deviceincludes a throttle bodyhaving an intake passage, a throttle valvearranged to rotate within the intake passagefor opening and closing the intake passage, and a throttle shaftrotatably arranged with respect to the throttle bodywhich is integrally formed with and concomitantly rotatable with the throttle valve. A throttle gearis fixed to the throttle shaftand rotated by the actuator. A springbiases the throttle gearin a predetermined initial opening angle. A full-close stopperis provided in the throttle body. The full-close stopperrestricts the throttle gear, which rotates in the opening and closing directions, from rotating past the fully closed angle position. A stopper memberis formed at the spring. An initial-open stopperis provided in the throttle bodyto restrict the stopper memberfrom rotating past the initial opening angle. A fully closed opening angle restricting memberis fixed to the throttle shaftin a position where the fully closed opening angle restricting membercontacts the full-close stopper
