The connector device includes a metal internal member, a metal light guide rod and metal fixing bases and, which are connected to the internal member, a resin sheathing member that accommodates the internal member and includes leading-out holes, which lead the light guide rod and the fixing base to the outside, and fluoro rubber O-rings, which are provided on the light guide rod and the fixing bases, the O-rings being respectively placed in gaps between the light guide rod and the fixing bases and the leading-out holes and sealing the inside of the sheathing member.

Endoscope connector device

This endoscopic surgical device includes: an endoscope; a treatment tool; and a mantle tube. The inside of the mantle tube is partitioned by a partition wall member provided with an endoscope guide groove and a treatment-tool guide groove, to form an endoscope insertion passage and a treatment-tool insertion passage. An endoscope fixation tool and a treatment-tool fixation tool are respectively disposed inside the endoscope guide groove and the treatment-tool guide groove. The endoscope fixation tool advances and retracts in conjunction with the endoscope insertion part inserted through the endoscope insertion passage. The treatment-tool fixation tool moves in conjunction with the treatment-tool insertion part inserted through the treatment-tool insertion passage. When a coupling ring externally fitted to the partition wall member interlocks the endoscope fixation tool with the treatment-tool fixation tool, the endoscope insertion part also moves in conjunction with the advancement and retraction of the treatment-tool insertion part.

Endoscopic surgical device and overtube

Provided are a surgery system that can ensure insulation between an endoscope and a treatment tool. The endoscope has an insertion part that is insertable into an overtube and has a distal end, a proximal end, and a longitudinal axis, and is locked to the movable body by an endoscope holding part. The endoscope has a first insertion part that is provided on a distal end side of the insertion part, a second insertion part that is provided on a proximal end side of the first insertion part and has an external diameter larger than that of the first insertion part, and a held part that is provided from a distal end of the second insertion part toward a proximal end side thereof, is held by the endoscope holding part, and has at least a surface formed of an insulating member having an insulation property.

Surgery system and endoscope

A surgery system includes an overtube that has a distal end, a proximal end, and a longitudinal axis and holds a treatment tool and an endoscope so as to be movable forward and backward in a direction of the longitudinal axis. The overtube has an endoscope holding part that has an endoscope holding surface for holding the endoscope and allowing circumferential rotation of the endoscope about a central axis of the endoscope, and a treatment tool holding part that has a treatment tool holding surface for holding the treatment tool. The surgery system further includes an endoscope that is inserted into the overtube and has a held surface held by the endoscope holding surface. The endoscope has an orientation maintaining part that maintains the circumferential orientation of the endoscope even in a case where the overtube rotates around the longitudinal axis.

Surgery system

Cleaning performance or wiping performance for an observation window is improved in an endoscope. In a distal end face of a distal end part of the endoscope, a guide part rising to a distal end side is provided between an observation window and a fluid injection nozzle. A width of the guide face of the guide part has a narrowed part, and a portion with the narrowest width serves as a fluid guiding part. The fluid guiding part guides fluid passing through a position of the fluid guiding part, in fluid injected from the fluid injection nozzle, to a first fluid route through which the fluid is guided to the observation window. Fluid deviated from the fluid guiding part is guided to a region adjacent to the observation window through a second fluid route.

Endoscope

A distal end of an endoscope insertion passage of an overtube is provided with a fluid supply and discharge port. When an observation window of the endoscope insertion part inserted through the endoscope insertion passage is cleaned, an operator can set a distal end surface at a predetermined positioning position using a positioning mechanism, without extracting the endoscope insertion part from the endoscope insertion passage. A concave cleaning storage part that communicates with the fluid supply and discharge port is formed inside the endoscope insertion passage on the distal end side. Cleaning water is supplied from the fluid supply and discharge port to remove foreign matter from the observation window, and stored in the cleaning storage part, and then, the cleaning water stored in the cleaning storage part is suctioned from the fluid supply and discharge port.

Overtube and endoscopic surgical device

A syringe device includes a syringe body; a first space defined inside the syringe body; a plunger body being slidable inside the syringe body and varies the volume of the first space; a second space defined inside the plunger body; a plunger rod being slidable inside the plunger body and varies the volume of the second space; a coil spring that urges the plunger rod in a direction expanding the volume of the second space; a first communication passage and a second communication passage that communicate the first space with the second space; and a check valve member that forms an orifice that restricts the flow of a fluid between the first space and the second space in the first communication passage, and a check valve that allows only the flow of the fluid from the second space to the first space in the second communication passage.
