A motor includes: a bobbin having an insertion hole; a coil wound around the bobbin; a stator core having an excitation part that is inserted into the insertion hole; a rotor that is disposed rotatably with respect to the stator core; and a resin mold covering the bobbin, the coil, and the stator core. On a first opening end of the insertion hole, an exposed portion having an exposed surface that is exposed from the resin mold is formed. The exposed portion is positioned between the stator core and the resin mold.

Motor

A stator core is formed of a main core including a first segment core, second segment core, and plate body, and a third segment core (I-shaped core). A rotor is disposed in a rotor insertion hole of the stator core, and an output shaft of the rotor is supported by a bearing unit. A resin molded body covers a winding of an exciting section of the motor, a circuit wiring board, and a part of a power supply connecting body. The resin molded body also covers a part of the third segment core (I-shaped core). A rotary vane or the like is mounted near the tip of the output shaft, and a blower or the like is formed.

A power supply connecting member is configured by a housing of the power supply connecting member molded with a terminal of the power supply connecting member by a resin. The terminal of the power supply connecting member has three bent portions, two bent portions are perpendicular to an axial direction before the terminal is bent, and the remaining bent portion is parallel to the axial direction before the terminal is bent. A distal end on a bending side of the terminal of the power supply connecting member is inserted into the power supply connecting member housing to configure the power supply connecting member. An output shaft support portion unit is configured such that a bearing to hold a rotor and an elastic member (spring for example) to hold the bearing are stored in a bottom cover (lower cover) having a recessed portion and a lid cover (upper cover) is press-fitted.
