Rotor core faces the inside of the stator core. A fan is attached to the shaft between the rotor core and the first housing. A flue formed between the first housing and the first bracket is configured to draw air from a port to a part of the first bracket. A rotation detection circuit includes a detected part fixed to the fan, and is within the flue. A sensor operable to detect the part is set in the flue, counter to the detected part.

A diaphragm control apparatus is provided with a controller. When a photographing lens is attached to a camera body and a power switch is turned from ON to OFF, a drive motor first moves a diaphragm device to a minimum aperture, and thereafter the drive motor is switched from power ON to OFF. Thus, any damage to the inside of camera body due to sunlight entering into the opening of the diaphragm device can be prevented, and also the structure of camera body can be simplified by reducing the number of parts.

A diaphragm control apparatus of an interchangeable lens camera includes a photographing lens, a diaphragm control slider which is driven between first and second control ends corresponding to maximum and minimum apertures, a position detector, and a controller which drives the diaphragm control slider toward the first control end at high-speed, stores in a memory, as a temporary origin, a position to which the diaphragm control slider has rebounded after reaching the first control end. Thereafter, the controller compares the current position of the diaphragm control slider with the temporary origin while driving the diaphragm control slider at a low-speed towards the first control end. When the current position is within a predetermined range of the temporary origin, the controller determines the current position as the origin of the diaphragm control slider.

A movable mirror shock-absorbing mechanism of a camera includes a movable mirror which is rotatable between a viewfinder light-guiding position and a retracted position, a pressing portion which moves with the rotation of the movable mirror, a first shock-absorbing member which is pressed and moved by the pressing portion to absorb shock of the movable mirror when the movable mirror rotates from the retracted position to the viewfinder light-guiding position, and a second shock-absorbing member which is pressed and moved by the pressing portion to absorb shock of the movable mirror when the movable mirror rotates from the viewfinder light-guiding position to the retracted position. A high dielectric constant of the material is assured by adding a small amount of insulated ultrafine powder wherein an insulating film is applied to the electroconductive ultrafine powder, while maintaining the processability and moldability that are the characteristics inherent in a resin material.

The present invention provides an insulated ultrafine powder containing electrically conductive ultrafine particles coated with an insulation coating, characterized in that the electrically conductive ultrafine particles are formed of a carbon material which is in the form of spherical particles having a diameter of 1 nm or more and 500 nm or less, fibers having a cross-sectional diameter of 1 nm or more and 500 nm or less, or plate-like particles having a thickness of 1 nm or more and 500 nm or less; the insulation coating is formed of an insulating metal oxide or a hydrate thereof; and the thickness of the insulation coating is 0.3 nm or more, and, when the electrically conductive ultrafine particles are in the form of spherical particles, the coating thickness is equal to or less than the diameter of the particles; when the electrically conductive ultrafine particles are in the form of fibers, the coating thickness is equal to or less than the cross-sectional diameter of the fibers; or when the electrically conductive ultrafine particles are in the form of plate-like particles, the coating thickness is equal to or less than the thickness of the plate-like particles; and as well a high-dielectric-constant resin composite material containing the insulated ultrafine powder. The resin composite material exhibits high dielectric constant and radio wave absorbability, while maintaining fundamental characteristics of resin material (i.e., excellent moldability and workability, and light weight).
