A sulfide solid electrolyte comprising lithium, phosphorus and sulfur, wherein the sulfide solid electrolyte has a diffraction peak A at 2&#x3b8;=25.2&#xb1;0.5 deg and a diffraction peak B at 29.7&#xb1;0.5 deg in powder X-ray diffraction using CuK&#x3b1; rays, an area ratio of a peak derived from PSglass to the total area of peaks derived from glass observed in solidP-NMR measurement is 90% or more and 100% or less, and an area ratio of peaks derived from glass to the total area of all peaks at 60 to 120 ppm observed in solidP-NMR measurement is 1% or more and 45% or less.

A sulfide solid electrolyte particles comprising lithium, phosphorus and sulfur, having a volume-based average particle size measured by laser diffraction particle size distribution measurement of 0.1 &#x3bc;m to 10 &#x3bc;m, having a diffraction peak having 2&#x3b8; of 29.0 to 31.0 deg in powder X-ray diffraction measurement using CuK&#x3b1; ray, and an intensity ratio (Ib/Ip) of a peak intensity Ib at a high angle-side low part of the diffraction peak to a peak intensity Ip of the diffraction peak is less than 0.09.

Sulfide solid electrolyte particles

An electrolyte sheet including an electrolyte layer that includes electrolyte particles and a binder, and a base material stacked on the electrolyte layer, wherein the electrolyte particles have an ionic conductivity of 1.0&#xd7;10S/cm or more; the ratio of the electrolyte particles relative to the total weight of the electrolyte particles and the binder is 50 wt % or more and 99.5 wt % or less; and, after transferring the electrolyte layer in a transfer test, the electrolyte particles and the binder do not remain on the base material, and the electrolyte layer is transferred to an object without peeling.
