A terminal block of a rotating electric machine includes a terminal block main body, a high-current electrical wire connecting section to which a high-current electrical wire of the rotating electric machine is connected, multiple neutral wire connecting sections to which neutral wires of the rotating electric machine are connected, and a bus bar that connects the neutral wire connecting sections to each other.

A cooling structure for an electric motor includes: a motor case that houses a stator and a rotor therein, a groove opened on an end surface in an axis direction of the rotor being formed in the motor case; a motor control circuit attached to the motor case; and a terminal base that closes the groove to constitute the groove as a cooling water passage through which cooling water can flow, the terminal base connecting a power line of the motor to a power line of the motor control circuit.

In a method for manufacturing an axial air-gap electronic motor, a plurality of core member and a plurality of dummy members are prepared, wherein each of the dummy members has a shape same as that of the core members. Then, the plurality of core members is arranged such that teeth surfaces of the core members face each other, and the dummy member is arranged between predetermined core members. Thereafter, a coil is wound from one end side toward the other end side of the core members through the dummy member continuously without cutting. A part of the coil corresponding to a transition wire set between the core members is wound on the dummy member.

Method for manufacturing an axial air-gap electronic motor

An axial air-gap electronic motor is arranged such that a teeth surface of a stator and a magnet surface of a rotor are arranged opposedly with a predetermined gap therebetween along an axis line direction of an output shaft of the rotor. The rotor has a rotor back yoke arranged coaxially with the stator, and a rotor magnet installed to the rotor back yoke so as to face the teeth surface of the stator. The rotor magnet is provided with an anchor magnet which is integral with the rotor magnet and is arranged on a back surface side of the rotor back yoke.

In an axial air-gap electronic motor having a stator that is formed by annularly connecting a plurality of core members around an axis of a rotor output axis, an insulator that insulates a winding portion of a stator core of each core member is formed in the winding portion in the shape of a bobbin having a pair of flanges, a winding draw-out portion is formed between abutted end portions of the flange, and a crossover wire of a winding is pulled out from the winding draw-out portion to outside the core member, whereby it is possible to positively perform routing treatment from the winding portion of the winding to the crossover wire and it is ensured that the crossover wire can be positively fixed without bringing a crossover wire of a different phase into contact.

A magnetic pre-pressurizing section for pre-pressurizing the inner ring of the bearing in the axial direction by a difference of magnetic forces of permanent magnets of the two rotors is arranged. The magnetic pre-pressurizing section is constructed by a difference of a magnetizing amount for forming permanent magnetsarranged in the respective rotors. The magnetic pre-pressurizing section is also constructed by a difference of distances of an air gap Lof a statorand a permanent magnet, and an air gap Lof the statorand a permanent magnet. The magnetic pre-pressurizing section is also constructed by a difference of thicknesses of the rotating axis direction of a permanent magnetand a permanent magnetarranged in the respective rotors.

Axial air gap type electric motor

In an axial air-gap electronic motor in which a teeth surface of a stator and a magnet surface of a rotor are arranged opposedly along the axis line direction of an output shaft of the rotor with a predetermined gap being provided therebetween, the stator has a plurality of core members connected in a ring form with the axis line being a center, and each of the core members is provided with a connecting device for connecting the teeth surfaces to each other in an opposed state. In order to shorten the wire winding time and reduce the assembling manpower for the core members, a stator is formed by connecting a plurality of core members in a ring form with the axis line being a center, and locking ribs are provided as connecting devices for connecting the core members to each other in a rod form along the axis line direction.

There is provided an axial air-gap electronic motor in which work for assembling a stator can be performed efficiently. A locking protrusionis provided on a flange portionof core memberstowhich are divided for each teethand are arranged in a ring form with the rotating shaft axis line being the center, and a connecting memberis fitted on the locking protrusionby which the core memberstoare connected to each other in a ring form.

In a method of manufacturing a rotor of an electric motor to be arranged inside a stator, a permanent magnet is formed in a ring-shape, and a rotating shaft and the permanent magnet are concentrically arranged in a mold. Then, a rubber material in a fluid state is poured into a space between the permanent magnet and the rotating shaft to vulcanize and mold a cushioning member having predetermined hardness. The permanent magnet and the rotating shaft are integrally coupled through the cushioning member.
