When a malfunction of an ungrounded drive electric system including first and second ungrounded power supplies, an inverter, and a motor which is energized by the first and second ungrounded power supplies through the inverter, i.e., an erroneous opening of switches of a battery, is detected, switches of an insulation resistance detector are opened to insolate the insulation resistance detector from the ungrounded drive electric system.

Ground fault detecting system and electric vehicle with ground fault detecting system

A fuel cell stack includes a stack body formed by stacking a plurality of power generation cells. At opposite ends of the stack body in a stacking direction, end plates are provided. A second power collecting terminal protrudes outwardly from the end plate. One end of a bus bar is electrically connected to the second power collecting terminal such that the bus bar extends along an end plate surface intersecting the second power collecting terminal. A high voltage cable is connected to the other end of the bus bar. The high voltage cable is drawn toward the end plate.

An electric vehicle incorporates a ground fault detecting system and has first and second ungrounded power supplies. The ground fault detecting system includes a first insulation resistance detector for detecting a first insulation resistance of the first ungrounded power supply with respect to a grounded region of the electric vehicle, and a second insulation resistance detector for detecting a second insulation resistance of the second ungrounded power supply with respect to the grounded region. The first insulation resistance detector and the second insulation resistance detector detect the first insulation resistance and the second insulation resistance at different times, respectively.

The present invention is to provide a voltage detecting apparatus, which can downsize a circuit, reduce costs and detect a voltage with high accuracy, the voltage detecting apparatus to detect a voltage by using a flying capacitor. The first zener diode is connected to the first resistor R, which divides a voltage stored with the capacitor as a flying capacitor into a detectable voltage at a microcomputer, in parallel. An electric vehicle incorporates a ground fault detecting system for preventing a ground fault detector from detecting a ground fault in error. Fuel supply station information distributing system includes at least one vehicle, an information distributing server and at least one station, which are interconnected through communication line networks. The information distributing server transmits at every given time a request-to-send for vehicle information to the vehicles as well as a request-to-send for station information to the stations. The information distributing server then creates a fuel supply station information associating for each vehicle based on the vehicle information received from the vehicle and the station information received from the stations, and distributes it to the vehicle. When the vehicle receives the fuel supply station information from the information distributing server, it is displayed on the car navigation screen for notifying the driver.

A system for allocating fuel stations to movable bodies includes an onboard unit, a station unit and a server. The onboard unit stores and updates information about a movable body. The station unit disposed at a fuel station which supplies fuel to the movable body stores and updates information about the fuel station. The server, which is connected to the onboard unit and the station unit through networks, allocates certain fuel stations to the movable body which requires fueling, based on the information about the movable body and the fuel station. When a difference of distance resulting from a subtraction, a movable distance minus a station distance, is smaller than a certain threshold, the server determines a necessity of supplying fuel to the movable body, allocating a fuel station which keeps an amount of stored fuel necessary for fuelling the movable body.
