A data collection system includes: a monitoring device that sequentially instructs two or more in-vehicle devices installed in a railroad car to start operating and to stop operating; and an auxiliary power supply that sequentially measures an output voltage and an output current while the in-vehicle devices operate in turns in accordance with an instruction from the monitoring device, and records measurement results.

A station building power supply includes: a power converter that converts DC power to AC power; a casing that houses the power converter; an AC system circuit that supplies the AC power output from the power converter to electrical apparatus outside the casing; and a filter circuit that applies a high-frequency current generated in the power converter from the AC system circuit to the casing. In the station building power supply, the power converter and the casing are grounded.

A station building power supply device includes a circuit breaker to disconnect a connection with a train side, a circuit breaker to disconnect a connection with the station load side, a power converter disposed between the circuit breaker and the circuit breaker to convert the regenerative power into the AC power, a housing that houses the circuit breaker, the power converter, and the circuit breaker, a voltage sensor that detects a charged state of the housing, and a control unit that controls operations of the circuit breaker, of the power converter, and of the circuit breaker based on a detection result from the voltage sensor.

A propulsion control apparatus for an electric motor car includes: an inverter apparatus connected to a DC power supply; a motor connected to an output of the inverter apparatus; a converter apparatus connected to an input of the inverter apparatus; and a power storage apparatus connected to an output of the converter apparatus, is configured to charge/discharge a part of power running power or regenerative power of the motor to/from the power storage apparatus. The converter apparatus includes a converter control unit that generates, based on a regeneration state signal as a signal indicating a suppression state of the regenerative power or regenerative torque or regenerative current equivalent to the regenerative power, a charging current command value, generates a charging and discharging current command value of the converter apparatus based on the charging current command value, and performs control.

Propulsion control apparatus for electric motor car

An electric vehicle control device comprises: a smoothing capacitor to be charged from a DC power supply via a charging resistor; an inverter converting a DC power having been charged in the smoothing capacitor to an AC power to supply it to a load; and a discharging switch causing a voltage having been charged in the smoothing capacitor to discharge via a discharging resistor, and in which a resistor is used as both charging resistor and discharging resistor to simplify a circuit arrangement. In the electric vehicle control device, there are provided a main switch inserted into a main circuit to which a DC power is supplied from the DC power supply, and an auxiliary switch that is connected in parallel to the discharging switch, and is in inverted switching states with respect to the main switch.
