An aspect of the disclosure provides a rotation angle detecting device capable of detecting a rotation angle of a rotation body rotatable about a central axis. The rotation angle detecting device includes: a sensor magnet, having multiple magnetic poles provided side-by side in a circumferential direction about the central axis and installed to the rotation body; a magnetic sensor, overlapped with the sensor magnet when viewed in a predetermined first direction and capable of detecting a magnetic field of the sensor magnet; and a pair of magnetic parts, provided to sandwich the magnetic sensor in a second direction intersecting the first direction.

Rotation angle detecting device and electric actuator

A sensor attachment structure of an oil pressure sensor suitable for use as a control valve of an automobile transmission includes a sensor case inserted into an accommodation spaceof a valve upper-body portion such that a body portion of the sensor case is capable of rotating about a vertical central axis. A stopper projects in a horizontal direction from the upper body, the stopper being movable vertically in a guide groove of the sensor case, and a rotatable relative to a restricting portion of the central case to restrict a vertical movement of the stopper to prevent the oil pressure sensor from falling off the upper body.

Pressure sensor attachment structure

A pressure sensor device includes a pressure sensor having a housing positioned on a center axis extending vertically, a sensing hole provided in a lower part of the housing, and an electrode unit provided in an upper part of the housing; and a connecting member having a contact spring that is pressed against the electrode unit of the pressure sensor. The electrode unit includes a first frame-shaped electrode having a frame-like shape that is rotationally symmetrical with respect to the center axis; and an annular first-surface portion on which the first frame-shaped electrode is placed.

Pressure sensor device and hydraulic control apparatus

This disclosure provides an electric actuator and a rotation control mechanism. The electric actuator includes: a motor; a speed reduction mechanism; an output part; and a rotation detection device. The output part extends in an axial direction and is disposed on one side in the axial direction with respect to a motor shaft of the motor. The rotation detection device has: a magnet that is fixed to the output part and extends in a circumferential direction of the output part; and a rotation sensor that faces the magnet in the axial direction or in a radial direction. The magnet has multiple magnetic poles disposed in the circumferential direction. At least one magnetic pole of the magnet is disposed at a predetermined angular position with respect to an angle reference position of the output part in a rotation direction.

Electric actuator and rotation control mechanism

The sensor unit () includes a case () having a bottom surface (); a sensor element () including a sensor element main body () and a power supply terminal (); and a power supply bus bar () including an inclined part () and a first connection part (). An end on one side of the power supply terminal () is electrically connected to the sensor element main body (). In a state where the power supply terminal () passes through the first connection part (), an end on the other side of the power supply terminal () is in contact with the inclined part () and the first connection part () is in contact with the power supply terminal (), so that movement of the power supply terminal () in a direction away from the bottom surface () is restricted.

Sensor unit

There is provided an electric actuator including a motor, a first case having a first opening, a second case having a second opening that opens to the other side in the axial direction, a rotation sensor, and a plurality of bus bars which are electrically connected to a plurality of sensor terminals that extend from the rotation sensor and are held in the second case. The first and second cases are fixed to each other while the first opening and the second opening face each other in the axial direction, and parts connecting the plurality of bus bars and the plurality of sensor terminals are disposed at positions shifted from each other in a circumferential direction and radially outward from the rotation sensor. Among the plurality of connecting parts, at least one pair of adjacent connecting parts are disposed at positions different from each other in the radial direction.

Electric actuator

According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an oil pressure sensor attachment structure including: the oil path body; the sensor case; and a fixing member which fixes the sensor case to the oil path body. The sensor case has a columnar portion which is disposed along a central axis extending in an up and down direction, and a flange portion which protrudes from the columnar portion to an outside in a radial direction. The fixing member has a fixing portion which comes into contact with the oil path body and is fixed thereto, and a pressing portion which comes into contact with the upper surface of the flange portion and presses the flanges portion against the oil path body. The fixing portion and the pressing portion are disposed with an interval therebetween.

Oil pressure sensor attachment structure

An electric actuator is provided. The electric actuator includes a motor, a deceleration mechanism, case, an output part, a first rotation sensor and a holding member that holds the first rotation sensor in the case. The case includes a first recess that is recessed from an inner surface of the case to one side in a first direction and a support surface that faces the other side in the first direction. The first rotation sensor includes a sensor main body which includes a sensor chip and is accommodated in the first recess and a projection that protrudes in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction from the sensor main body. The projection is supported on the support surface from one side in the first direction. The sensor main body is disposed on the other side in the first direction away from the bottom surface of the first recess.

The sensor unit () includes a case () having a bottom surface (); a sensor element () including a sensor element main body () and a power supply terminal (); and a power supply bus bar () including an inclined part (). An end on one side of the power supply terminal () is electrically connected to the sensor element main body (). The case () further includes a terminal passage part (). In a state where the power supply terminal () passes through the terminal passage part (), an end on the other side of the power supply terminal () is in contact with the inclined part () and the terminal passage part () is in contact with a side surface of the power supply terminal (), so that movement of the power supply terminal () in a direction away from the bottom surface () is restricted.

A sensor attachment structure of an oil pressure sensor suitable for use as a control valve of an automobile transmission includes a sensor case inserted into an accommodation space of a valve upper body portion such that a body portion of the sensor case is capable of rotating about a vertical central axis. A stopper projects in a horizontal direction from the body portion, the stopper being movable vertically in a guide groove of the accommodation space, and rotatable relative to a restricting portion of the upper body to restrict a vertical movement of the stopper to prevent the oil pressure sensor from falling off the upper body in an operation stage before the oil pressure sensor is fixed in a built-in manner between the upper and lower bodies of the control valve.

A sensor mounting may include an accommodation unit; a sensor case; and a screw member. A flow passage body may include the accommodation unit, and a flow passage opening. The fluid pressure sensor may include a sensor main body, and the sensor case. The sensor case may include a sensing hole. The sensor case may include a columnar portion disposed along a center axis, and a flange portion which protrudes from the columnar portion. The accommodation unit may include a female screw provided in a radially inside surface of the accommodation unit. The screw member may include the screw member may include a hole portion, and a male screw. The screw member may be disposed to be opposed to an upper side of the flange portion.

Sensor mounting structure

An oil pressure sensor attachment structure includes the oil path body; the sensor case; and a seal member. The oil path body has an accommodation hole portion which accommodates the oil pressure sensor. The accommodation hole portion has a small-diameter hole portion and a large-diameter hole portion. The sensor case has a columnar portion which is disposed along a central axis extending in the up and down direction and of which at least a portion is inserted into the small-diameter hole portion. A flange portion which protrudes from the columnar portion to an outside in a radial direction and is inserted into the large-diameter hole portion. The flange portion is disposed to face a lower side of the upper body in the up and down direction. The seal member has an annular shape, and seals a portion between an inner surface of the accommodation hole portion and the sensor case.

A groove is provided at an outer side of an outer wall of a pressure sensor in a radial direction, and opens at one end side in an axial direction of the pressure sensor. A horizontally extending stopper is provided at an inner wall of a sensor accommodation recessed portion. A fixing portion is provided on the outer side of the outer wall of the pressure sensor in the radial direction, and enters the stopper. The fixing portion protrudes outward in the radial direction from the outer wall of the pressure sensor accommodated in the accommodation recessed portion, and contacts the stopper in the axial direction.

Sensor fixing structure including valve body and pressure sensor

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an oil pressure sensor attaching structure in which a plurality of guide protrusion portions are disposed with a gap in a circumferential direction and surround an oil passage opening portion. The guide protrusion portions have an arc-shaped wall portion and a protrusion portion. An accommodation portion which has an accommodation opening portion opening upward is provided on an inside of the plurality of guide protrusion portions in a radial direction. The sensor has a sensor case which has a columnar portion, a plurality of flange portions, and an annular portion that surrounds the columnar portion. The flange portion is disposed between an upper surface of an oil passage body and the protrusion portions in the vertical direction at a first position in the circumferential direction. The annular portion has a first portion and a second portion.

Oil pressure sensor attaching structure

A guide protrusion includes first walls protruding upwards from an upper face of a body, facing each other across an opening in a first direction, and first protrusions protruding from each first wall toward the other. A receptive portion between the first walls has a first opening, opening to one side in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The sensor case is received from the first opening following the second direction. The guide protrusion has a first movement restricting face facing another side in the second direction. The sensor case includes a columnar portion extending vertically through a gap between the first protrusions, a flange at least partially between the upper face and the first protrusions in the vertical direction, within the receptive portion, and a facing portion on the other side of the first movement restricting face in the second direction, facing the first movement restricting face.
