A mobile X-ray radiographic device has an extended operable time by employing a regenerative energy system and assembly. A regenerative brake circuit acts to provide a braking force for a rear wheel set during a circumstance and an adaptive use wherein a driving force is cut off to the rear wheels, and a second battery system charges with the generated electric power for adaptive use. The regenerative brake circuit further acts to provide the braking force for a rotary anode under the circumstance in which the driving force is cut off to the rotary anode and also the second battery charges with the generated electric power.

Radiographic apparatus

An X-ray apparatus in this example of the invention includes a compression unit that enables to move independently of an X-ray tube supporting device and an X-ray detector for compressing a region of interest of a subject; and a connecting part for connecting the X-ray detector to the compression unit and disconnecting the X-ray detector from the compression unit. Consequently, when the compression unit is not used, the compression unit is located in a retracted position. Thus a space can be secured around the subject placed on a top board. On the other hand, when the compression unit is used, the connecting part connects the X-ray detector to the compression unit. Thereby a compression member of the compression unit can always press a site of interest of the subject at the center of a detecting surface of the X-ray detector.

An X-ray equipment includes a movable carriage, an X-ray tube for irradiating an X-ray on a subject, and a cassette storage box for storing a cassette with a radiographic storage medium such as a film. In the X-ray equipment, when the cassette storage box is pulled and tilted, a gateway for the cassette is opened. When the cassette storage box is pushed back, the gateway is closed. The X-ray equipment further includes a storage box locking device for locking the cassette storage box in a state where the gateway is closed and for unlocking the cassette storage box when the locked state is released, and a locking release holding device for holding the storage box locking device in a released state.

An X-ray equipment includes a movable carriage, an X-ray tube, and a cassette storage box for storing a cassette with a radiographic storage medium. In the X-ray equipment, when the cassette storage box is pulled and tilted, a gateway for the cassette is opened. When the cassette storage box is pushed back, the gateway is closed. The X-ray equipment further includes a storage box locking device for locking the cassette storage box in a state where the gateway is closed and for unlocking the cassette storage box when the locked state is released, and a locking release holding device for holding the storage box locking device in a released state. An auto-lock switching device is also attached to the storage box locking device for switching the storage box locking device from the released state to the locked state when the cassette storage box is closed.

An x-ray diagnostic instrument for taking an X-ray photograph of a patient includes a condition detecting device for detecting a condition of the instrument; a display device for displaying light in multicolor or flushing light; a memory device for storing predetermined display mode data of the display device for each condition of the instrument; and a control device for controlling the display device based on the display mode data stored in the memory device corresponding to a result from the condition detecting device.

X-ray diagnostic instrument

An X-ray device includes a cart, a pole vertically provided on the cart, and a telescopic-type extendable supporting arm. The extendable supporting arm is formed of a hollow first arm with one end attached to the pole, a hollow second arm inserted in the first arm to be horizontally movable therein, and a third arm inserted in the second arm to be horizontally movable therein. Also, an X-ray tube device is provided on one end of the third arm. The extendable supporting arm has a synchronous moving mechanism for horizontally moving the third arm according to a horizontal movement of the second arm, and an extension/contraction operating handle attached to the second arm.

X-ray device

In a cassette tray for radiography, a positioning plate is provided on a rear surface of a tray, and the positioning plate includes grooves corresponding to cassette sizes. A stopper for holding a cassette has a spring, and engaging pieces which engage the groove and formed at a lower end of a slider moving vertically between a front plate of the tray and the positioning plate. When the engaging pieces of the stopper engage the grooves, the stopper projects from the front surface of the tray to hold the cassette at the position. When the engaging pieces of the stopper do not engage the grooves, the stopper is located on the same plane as the front plate surface of the tray. If the stopper is pressed and moved along the surface of the tray, the position for the cassette to be used can be selected. Accordingly, the cassette tray can securely hold various-sized cassettes, and the attaching operation therefor can be carried out easily in a short period of time.

A mobile device for an X-ray apparatus is formed of a freely rotatable hollow column disposed on a mobile base, a holding section for holding an X-ray tube in a vertical direction along the column, and a counter weight connected through a wire to the holding section to be suspended inside the column. A column rotating section formed of a bearing portion and a rotational shaft with a hollow part is disposed in the mobile base. A lower part of the counter weight is provided with a convex portion which enters into the hollow part of the rotational shaft. When the holding section for the X-ray tube is elevated to the highest point, the counter weight is lowered to the lowest point, wherein the convex portion of the counter weight enters into the hollow part of the rotational shaft. Thus, a volume of the hollow part can be utilized as a part of the volume of the counter weight to allow the counter weight to be made of iron and the like, other than lead.

Mobile device for X-ray apparatus

A radiographic apparatus includes a C-shaped arm for supporting an X-ray tube at one end thereof and an image receiving unit at the other end, and an arm holder for slidably supporting the C-shaped arm for rotation about a center of an arc thereof. The arm holder has a hollow shaft supported therein to extend substantially parallel to an axis of the center of the arc, and a take-up drum supported on the hollow shaft. A drum drive device is operable in response to rotation of the C-shaped arm to rotate the take-up drum. A plurality of cables are connected to the X-ray tube and the image receiving unit, respectively. The cables are gathered into a bundle adjacent the X-ray tube or the image receiving unit, the bundle being guided by an outer periphery of the C-shaped arm to be wound on the take-up drum. The bundle further extends through the take-up drum and the hollow shaft into and then out of the hollow shaft.
