A liquid containing exosomes is filtered through a first filter that has a hole diameter that passes the exosomes and blocks cells, and is then stored in a first storage unit (rough filtration step). Next, pressure is applied to the inside of the first storage unit to pump the liquid to a pre-filtration chamber in a second filter that blocks the exosomes so that water in the liquid is filtered out into a post-filtration chamber. The exosome-containing liquid that was not filtered out is returned to the first storage unit, thereby increasing the exosome concentration in the liquid for extraction (concentration step). The exosome-containing concentrate in the first storage unit is then filtered through a third filter having a hole diameter that passes the exosomes and blocks bacteria, and is sent to a recovery unit (sterilization filtration step).

An electron beam cap-sterilizer radiates an electron beam onto caps while the caps are continuously conveyed. The caps are conveyed in the restricting conveying section while the movements of the caps are restricted, so that the caps roll down freely and separately from each other in the free conveying section. The electron beam radiating device emits electron beams onto the inside of the caps in the lateral direction while the caps are conveyed in the free conveying section. A deflecting device is provided in the free conveying section. The deflecting device is located at the opposite side of the electron beam radiating device to deflect the electron beams emitted by the electron beam radiating device onto the outside of the caps.

A weight filler is provided which allows a bottle to be conveyed while gripping its neck . Load cell is mounted around the outer periphery of a revolving body in order to detect a vertical load. A horizontal rod or load applicator projects radially outward from the load cell . A gripper which grips the bottle under the resilience of tension springs is mounted on the free end of the rod . As the bottle is urged into the gripper in a direction opposite from the direction in which, the rod projects, the gripper is once opened against the tension springs and then closed to grip the neck of the bottle . A filling nozzle is disposed above the bottle which is gripped by the gripper , and fills the bottle with liquid. During the filling operation, the load cell detects a load applied, thus allowing a filling of a given amount in accordance with the detection.

A resin bottle,has an opening at its top end in which a thread,is formed, and also has a neck including a cylindrical portion,and a flange,which are disposed below the opening. An intermediate wheel,is disposed between a filler,which fills the resin bottle,and a capper,which caps the filled bottle,. The intermediate wheel,is provided with a plurality of circumferentially spaced grippers,each gripping the cylindrical portion,of the resin bottle,, and rotatively conveys the bottle while it is suspended by gripping the neck of the resin bottle. A support,is disposed above each gripper,for abutment against the opening of the resin bottle,, whereby in the event the bottom of the bottle,is swung radially outward, the opening which is located above the cylindrical portion,that is gripped by the gripper,is urged by the support,from the radial inside, thus allowing the bottle to be maintained in its upright position.

A capping apparatus includes a capping head 3 which is provided with a rotatable spindle. A plurality of permanent magnets 51 are embedded around the entire outer periphery at the upper end of the spindle, with adjacent permanent magnets 51 presenting magnetic poles of different polarities. An arcuate rotation imparting member 53 is fixedly mounted and includes a plurality of permanent magnets 55 which are disposed along a locus of travel of the permanent magnets 51 on the capping head 3, with adjacent permanent magnets 55 presenting magnetic poles of different polarities. As the capping head 3 moves through a threadable engaging zone C in a direction indicated by an arrow, coaction between the permanent magnets 51 and 55 causes the capping head 3 to rotate clockwise, thereby causing a cap 12 to be threadably engaged with a container 4. The permanent magnets 51 and 55 form together a drive source which is free from a sliding movement, thus preventing a occurrence of abraded powder and avoiding a contamination of the environment of a working area.

Capping apparatus

A work head changer is disclosed which automatically changes a capping head used in a rotary multicapper or a filling nozzle in a rotary filler. A controller controls the rotation of a rotatable body of the rotary multicapper, for example, thus bringing the individual capping heads to a stop successively and intermittently at a predetermined work head replacement position. In case of the rotary multicapper, each capping head is detachably mounted on the rotatable body through a connection. A work head delivery mechanism removes a capping head which is brought to a stop at the work head replacement position from the connection, and attaches a capping head of another variety which has been stored in a stocker to the connection at an empty location from which the capping head has been removed.
