A deceleration device according to an embodiment includes a driven gear configured to rotate about a rotational axis by driving power of a drive mechanism; a deceleration unit including a plurality of gears including a first gear and a second gear, the first gear that rotates by the driven gear, the second gear that rotates about the rotational axis, the deceleration unit configured to rotate the second gear at a reduced speed with respect to the driven gear; a first contact included in the second gear; and a second contact provided separately from the driven gear and the plurality of gears and configured to come into contact with the first contact to stop the rotation of the second gear.

Deceleration device

A slide device includes a lower rail; an upper rail disposed movably with respect to the lower rail; a screw provided on one of the lower rail and the upper rail; and a nut provided on the other one of the lower rail and the upper rail, and engaging the screw, wherein: the upper rail moves relatively with respect to the lower rail in accordance with rotation of at least one of the screw and the nut; the lower rail includes a bottom wall, a side wall extending upward from the bottom wall, and an upper wall extending toward the center in a width direction from the side wall; and the screw or the nut provided on the lower rail has a central axis line which is disposed in a space enclosed by the bottom wall, the side wall, and the upper wall of the lower rail.

Seat slide device

A seat rotating device for a vehicle includes: a plate used to support a seat; and a pair of guide rails arranged side by side in a vehicle width direction and supporting the plate. The guide rails each have a fixed rail and a sliding member that supports the plate and is slidable along the fixed rail. The plate includes guides that guide each of the sliding members. The guides are configured such that the plate rotates while causing the sliding members to move in directions opposite to each other or the plate rotates based on movement of the sliding members in directions opposite to each other.

Seat rotating device

A vehicle seat sliding device includes: a lower rail fixed to a vehicle floor; an upper rail slidably engaging with the lower rail and supports a vehicle seat upward; a nut member fixed to a first rail which configures one side of the lower rail and the upper rail; a screw rod screwed into the nut member; a drive unit rotating the screw rod; and a support supporting the screw rod on a second rail which configures the other side of the lower rail and the upper rail. The support includes a holding member that is provided with an insertion hole into which the screw rod is inserted and that is fixed to the second rail, and a holding nut that is provided with a through-hole into which the screw rod is inserted and that is screwed to a screwing portion provided on the screw rod or the holding member.

Vehicle seat sliding device

A vehicle seat sliding device includes: a lower rail configured to be fixed to a vehicle floor; an upper rail slidably engaging with the lower rail and configured to support a vehicle seat upward; a screw rod is rotatably supported by a first rail configuring one side of the lower and upper rails; a drive unit driving rotation of the screw rod; a nut member provided with a screw hole into which the screw rod is screwed; and a nut holding member fixed to a second rail configuring the other side of the lower and upper rails, and holding the nut member, in which one and the other of the nut and nut holding members are provided with a support shaft and an arcuate groove, respectively, and the nut holding member regulates integral rotation of the screw rod and the nut member, and allows the nut member to rotate around a second rotation axis.

A speed reducer includes: a case; an input shaft rotationally driven by an electric motor and having an eccentric shaft portion; an externally toothed gear wheel rotatably supported on the eccentric shaft portion; an output shaft rotatably supported on the case coaxially with the input shaft and having an internally toothed gear wheel; a guide plate formed with a guide recess recessed parallel to the input shaft, and disposed between the input shaft and the externally toothed gear wheel; a guide protrusion provided in the case to protrude parallel to the input shaft to guide sliding of the recess; and a guide portion provided between the externally toothed gear wheel and the guide plate to guide movement of the externally toothed gear wheel relative to the guide plate, thereby guiding the externally toothed gear wheel so as to be revolvable but non-rotatable in cooperation with the recess and the protrusion.

Speed reducer

A vehicular seat slide device, includes: a first rail fixed to one of a vehicular floor and a seat; a second rail fixed to the other one of the floor and the seat, and linked to be movable relative to the first rail; a screw rod supported by the second rail to be rotatable around an axial line which extends in a moving direction; a metal case fixed to the first rail, and through which the screw rod is inserted; a resin nut housed in the metal case in a state of being unmovable in the moving direction with respect to the metal case, and screwed to the screw rod; and a metal nut housed in the metal case in a state of not being in contact with the resin nut in the moving direction, and screwed to the screw rod.

Vehicular seat slide device

A seat adjusting apparatus for a vehicle includes a supporting member pivotally supported at a base member by a first bearing, a pinion gear driven by a driving device, a sector gear engageable with the pinion gear and a restriction mechanism formed at the sector gear for restricting a relative rotation between the pinion gear and the sector gear. The restriction mechanism includes a contact portion coming in contact with the pinion gear so that a component force of a reaction force, which works in a direction in which the first bearing is separated from the second bearing, acting on the pinion gear is reduced. A thickness of a first tooth root of a tooth included in the teeth formed at the sector gear is larger than a thickness of a second tooth root of the other teeth formed at the sector gear.

Seat adjusting apparatus for vehicle

A seat adjustment mechanism, which adjusts an angle formed between first and second seat members rotatably connected to each other, includes a first link member adapted to be connected to the first seat member and including a first end rotatably supported by the first seat member, a second link member adapted to be rotatably connected to the second seat member and including a first end rotatably supported by the second seat member and a second end rotatably connected to the first link member, a drive device, and an extending and retracting device driven by the drive device and extending and retracting linearly, wherein one of the drive device and the extending and retracting device is rotatably connected to a second end of the first link member and the other of the drive device and the extending and retracting device is rotatably connected to the second seat member.
