A sensor device includes a main driving gear, driven gears, an biasing member configured to bias the driven gears toward the main driving gear, a support member configured to support the biasing member, and a sensor configured to generate an electrical signal based on rotation of the driven gears. In a force applied when the biasing member biases the driven gears, assuming that a direction orthogonal to a tangent line at a point of action of the force is set as a first direction, the first direction is different from a second direction.

Sensor device

A temperature detection apparatus and a rotation angle detection apparatus are provided that allow a temperature of a resolver to be calculated in real time. A rotation angle detection apparatus () (temperature detection apparatus) includes a resolver () with an excitation coil and output coils wound thereon, the excitation coil being subjected to an excitation voltage (VA) and the output coil outputting voltage signals (VB, VC) corresponding to the excitation voltage (VA), and a temperature calculation circuit (sensor microcomputer ()) that detects a phase of the excitation voltage (VA) and that detects a phase of an excitation current (IA). The temperature calculation circuit (sensor microcomputer ()) calculates a temperature of the resolver () based on a phase difference between the excitation voltage (VA) and the excitation current (IA).

Temperature detection apparatus and rotation angle detection apparatus

A stator includes: cylindrical stator cores, each of which is formed of a laminated structure of electromagnetic steel sheets and at which an exciting coil and a detection coil are wound; and a mounting seat portion that is fixedly fitted to axial end faces of the stator cores. Insertion holes through which inserting bolts are passed are formed in the mounting seat portion.

Stator of torque sensor

A motor includes a cylindrical stator. The stator includes a stator core having teeth, which project inwardly in the radial direction, and coils, which are formed by winding a conductive wire onto each tooth with first and second insulators. The first insulator includes a support extending axially from an outer restriction wall. Each of first to third bus bars is supported by the support of the first insulator in a state in which a main portion is exposed. The main portions of the first to third bus bars are thus in contact with ambient air.

A motor rotor has a rotor yoke having a polygonal column structure, a plurality of magnet fixing sections formed on the lateral surface of the rotor yoke, segment magnets respectively fixed to the magnet fixing sections and extending in the axial direction of the rotor yoke, and projections provided on the rotor yoke and protruding outward from the rotor yoke, the projections being provided at each boundary section located between each of the adjacent magnet fixing sections and being provided in pairs in the axial direction of the rotor yoke.

In a stator core is formed by laminated strip-shaped straight cores including a plurality of teeth portions, bent portions being provided with V-shaped notches, which define V-shaped gaps opened to one direction and interposing between each of the teeth portions, the straight cores being formed into an annular configuration by bending the bent portions in a direction so as to close the V-shaped notches and circular holes being provided at the bent portions so as to form a series of gaps between each of the teeth portions. The straight cores further include deformation preventing portions formed on the bent portions by cutting off a part of a pair of oblique lines defining the V-shaped notches toward the circular holes so as to expand the gaps of the V-shaped notches and the circular holes for preventing the bent portions from deforming by stress of bending process.
