A polyisocyanate composition includes an isocyanurate derivative of xylylene diisocyanate, and a biuret derivative of aliphatic polyisocyanate.

Polyisocyanate composition, polyurethane resin and two-component curable polyurethane composition

The isocyanate composition consists essentially of an isocyanurate derivative of 1,3-xylylenediisocyanate, the isocyanurate derivative is modified with aliphatic alcohol, and the modification amount of the aliphatic alcohol is 0.5 mass % or more and 15 mass % or less.

Isocyanurate composition

The isocyanurate composition consists essentially of an isocyanurate derivative of 1,3-xylylenediisocyanate, and has a viscosity at 100&#xb0; C. of 600 mPa&#xb7;s or more and 20000 mPa&#xb7;s or less.

A low-resilience polyurethane foam is produced by allowing a low-resilience polyurethane foam composition containing polyisocyanate (a), polyol (b), catalyst (c), and blowing agent (d) to react. The polyisocyanate (a) contains bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane, and the polyol (b) contains 5 to 30 mass % of polyol (b-1) having an average functionality of 1.5 to 4.5 and a hydroxyl number of 20 to 70 mgKOH/g, and 70 to 95 mass % of polyol (b-2) having an average functionality of 1.5 to 4.5 and a hydroxyl number of 140 to 300 mgKOH/g.

Low-resilience polyurethane foam and production method thereof

An elastomer is molded by a reaction injection molding of polyurethane resins, polyurea resins, polyurethane/urea resins and polyurea/amide resins in the presence of an internal release agent which is a polyester condensate of a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having a hydroxy group produced by transesterification or a molecular end-aminated or iminated polyester condensate. The elastomer has a good releasing property and a good coating property.

Elastomer and process for production thereof

An elastomer is molded by a reaction injection molding of polyurethane resins, polyurea resins, polyurethane/urea resins and polyurea/amide resins in the presence of an internal release agent which is a polyester condensate of a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having a hydroxy group produced by transesterification or a molecular endaminated or iminated polyester condensate. The elastomer has a good releasing property and a good coating property.

There is disclosed a resin composition comprising a product produced by the reaction of (a) a prepolymer prepared by reacting a diisocyanate with a hydroxy fatty acid ester or a mixture of a hydroxy fatty acid ester and a polyether polyol, with (b) at least one member selected from the group consisting of aromatic polyamines, polyether polyamines and polyether polyimines or a mixture of such a member as above and a polyether polyol. The resin composition is useful as an internal release agent for resins for reaction injection molding.
