A base wireless device includes a selection unit configured to select either signal transmission or standby, and a transmission processing unit configured to perform a transmission process of transmitting a signal to at least one remote wireless device in a case that the selection unit selects the signal transmission, and to stand by without performing the transmission process in a case that the selection unit selects the standby. The selection unit selects either the signal transmission or the standby in a current transmission/reception period in accordance with a predetermined rule in a case that the signal transmission was selected in a previous transmission/reception period, and selects the signal transmission in the current transmission/reception period in a case that the standby was selected in the previous transmission/reception period.

A base wireless device includes plural transmission buffers storing plural signals having transmission destinations that are different from each other, a transmission processing unit transmitting the signals to plural remote wireless devices respectively, by transmitting the signals stored in the plural transmission buffers in a predetermined order, regardless of whether or not each transmission has been made successfully, and a storage control unit, wherein when a transmission of a signal stored in one of the transmission buffers has been made successfully, the storage control unit overwrites the one transmission buffer from which the transmission has been made successfully, with another signal to be transmitted to a transmission destination that is different from a transmission destination of a signal stored in a transmission buffer other than the one transmission buffer from which the transmission has been made successfully, among the plural transmission buffers.

A pattern generating device includes a random number generating unit configured to generate a plurality of random numbers using a unique number assigned to a base wireless device as a seed, an associating unit configured to associate each of the different random numbers with a frequency of each channel, and a pattern generating unit configured to generate a change pattern by determining order of the plurality of random numbers based on numerical values represented by the respective random numbers, and by arranging the frequencies corresponding to the random numbers in same order as the order of the random numbers.
