Provided is a molding device for manufacturing a molded product having an arc-shaped bent inner space, wherein the molding device includes: a pair of molds which is joinable to each other and separable from each other, and is capable of forming a cavity C which has a shape corresponding to an outer shape of the molded product in a joined state during molding; a core which has a shape corresponding to an inner shape of the molded product, and is disposed in the inside of the cavity C which the pair of molds forms during molding; and a rotation member which is joined to a terminal end of the core, and is rotatable together with the core after molding. Compared to a conventional molding device, the molding device of the present invention becomes a molding device capable of suppressing the occurrence of a defect on a molded product having an arc-shaped bent inner space at the time of taking out the molded product.

Provided is a method of manufacturing a composite metal material which includes a first metal member made of first metal and a second metal member made of second metal having a smaller linear expansion coefficient than first metal. The method includes in the following order: a metal member preparation step of preparing the first metal member made of first metal and a plurality of divided members made of second metal; an assembling step of assembling the respective metal members into an assembled body; and a bonding step of, by applying a first temperature and a first pressure which enable the respective metal materials to be bonded to each other to the assembled body, bonding the plurality of divided members to each other thus forming the second metal member and also of bonding the first metal member and the second metal member to each other.

A molding device for manufacturing a molded product having an inner space bent in a circular arc shape includes: a set of molds joinable to and separable from each other, the set of molds being capable of forming a cavity having a shape corresponding to an outer shape of the molded product in a joined state at the time of molding; a core having an outer shape corresponding to an inner shape of the molded product for use in a state where the core is arranged in the inside of the cavity formed by the set of molds at the time of molding; and an ejector plate having a core through hole through which the core passes for ejecting the molded product formed around the core along the circular arc shape in a separated state where the set of molds is separated from each other.
