The object of the present invention is to provide a fluidizing particle capable of improving a fluidity of a magnetic particle for a magnetic core and capable of improving a permeability of the magnetic core. The fluidizing particle includes a particle body having a magnetic property and a coating layer including a silicon compound covering the particle body, wherein a particle size of the fluidizing particle is 10 to 40 nm, and a circularity of the fluidizing particle is 0.55 or more.

An electronic component module is configured by a passive component mounted on a built-in IC substrate. The passive component is provided with a passive element inductor, and a mounting surface for mounting on a substrate. Concavities are respectively provided at parts of two opposed borders in the mounting surface, and a terminal electrode is provided at the bottom part of the concavities. Since the passive component has a concavity within the mounting surface and the terminal electrode is incorporated within this concavity, the passive component can be mounted low on the substrate surface. Since the terminal electrode is incorporated in the concavity, solder is prevented from spreading fillet-like at the periphery of the inductor, thus increasing the mounting density of the passive component. There is increased freedom for mounting the passive component because the passive component is mounted on the built-in IC substrate in which the IC is embedded in the substrate.

A cartridge used for an electric stapler is provided which comprises a cartridge body (701) containing a pile of sheet-staples (S), a delivering portion (710) mounted on an upper end of a front wall (701F) of the cartridge body (701) and having a delivery path (711) along which the sheet-staple (S) is delivered, and a driving-out portion (720) mounted in a front end of the delivering portion (710). A reciprocating driver enters the driven-out portion (720), so that a U-shaped staple is driven from the driven-out portion (720). The driver enters the driving-out portion 720 from above the delivery path (711).

Cartridge for electric stapler

An electric stapler is provided which comprises a stapler body (10) having a driving-out portion (720) and a driver (321) for driving a staple from the driving-out portion (720) into, for example, sheets of paper while reciprocating. The stapler body (10) includes a table (100) which reciprocates in conjunction with a driving mechanism by which the driver (321) is reciprocated. The sheets of paper are held between the table (100) and the driving-out portion (720) when the table (100) reciprocates. Clinchers (401, 402) are disposed on the table (100). The clinchers (401, 402) clinch the ends of the staple which is driven by the driver (321) and has passed through the sheets. After the sheets of paper are held between the table (100) and the driving-out portion (720), the driver (321) drives the staple into the sheets, and the clinchers (401, 402) are then actuated.

Electric stapler

A stapler includes a driver-and-clincher mechanism for operating a driver and a clincher such that the driver-and-clincher operating mechanism operates the driver until the driver nearly reaches a bottom dead point thereof during a first half downward movement of an operating handle and then the driver-and-clincher mechanism operates the clincher during a latter half movement of the operating handle.

The invention relates to a technique for retouching a pattern which is formed on one side of a substrate and which partially has defects. A method of retouching the pattern, according to the invention, comprises coating the one side of the substrate including the pattern, with a retouching protective membrane, exposing the one side of the substrate, with reference to portions having defects, filling the portions of the exposed one side of the substrate, with retouching material, and removing the retouching protective membrane. In a process for processing a waste solution containing ammonium ions and fluoride ions to recover ammoniacal water and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, the waste solution is treated with a strong acid type ion exchange resin to separate ammonium ions; the resin is eluted with hydrochloric acid to recover ammonia as ammonium chloride; the effluent is distilled with addition of concentrated sulfuric acid to recover hydrogen fluoride; the remaining diluted sulfuric acid is concentrated and recycled to the hydrogen fluoride recovery step; the ammonium chloride solution is distilled with addition of magnesium hydroxide to recover ammonia water; the remaining formed magnesium chloride is thermally decomposed into hydrochloric acid and magnesium hydroxide, which are recycled to the regeneration of the ion exchange resin and the treatment of the ammonium chloride solution respectively.
