There is provided a damper unit that allows a plurality of damper bodies to be installed by simple work. The damper unit includes at least two damper bodies that are installed in a housing space so as to be stacked and include hermetically sealed spaces therein. The damper unit further an elastic memberthat is disposed between the damper bodies, and a stopper that is installed across outer peripheral edge portions of the damper bodies positioned at both ends.

Damper unit

There is provided a damper device that can be held in a housing space with simple work. A damper device, which is disposed and used in a housing space formed in a device unit, includes: a damper body that is filled with gas and includes a diaphragm provided with a deformable-action portion formed at a central portion thereof; and an annular clip that holds an outer peripheral edge portion of the damper body and causes a biasing force to act on an inner wall of a cover member, which forms the housing space, in a radial direction.

Damper device

A damper device includes at least a diaphragm, an opposite member that faces the diaphragm and is connected to the diaphragm in a hermetically sealed state over a circumferential direction, and a deformation-suppressing member that is disposed in a hermetically sealed space defined by the diaphragm and the opposite member. The deformation-suppressing member includes a central portion that includes a concave surface of which a depth is increased toward a center in a radial direction thereof, and protruding portions that are provided closer to an outer peripheral side than the central portion.

A damper device arranged in a housing space formed between a device main body and a cover member includes a pair of damper bodies each having a plate and a diaphragm and having an enclosed space sealed with gas. A biasing device is provided between the pair of damper bodies arranged facing each other and configured to bias the damper bodies from one side of the device main body and the cover member to the other side of the device main body and the cover member, stay members each extending from an outer peripheral edge portion of each of the damper bodies and brought into contact with other side, and a frame member arranged on one side of the device main body and the cover member and having a stopper portion configured to restrict movement of the damper bodies in the direction of the other side.

A structure for attaching a metal diaphragm damper, includes a housing, a housing cover that cooperates with the housing to define a space, and a pair of diaphragms each formed in a disk shape, the pair of diaphragms having weld portions on an outer periphery side thereof, the weld portions being welded to each other in an annular shape to form the metal diaphragm damper of which inside is filled with gas, the metal diaphragm damper being attached to the housing and the housing cover so as to be disposed in the space between the housing and the housing cover. The pair of diaphragms is provided with outer peripheral portions on the outer peripheral side of the welded portions, and the outer peripheral portions of the pair of diaphragms are held by the housing and the housing cover in a thickness direction of the pair of diaphragms.

Structure for attaching metal diaphragm damper

A metal diaphragm damper which is resistant to breakage even if repeated stress is applied is provided. The metal diaphragm damper includes a diaphragm that is disk shaped and has a gas enclosed therein the diaphragm has a deforming action part in a center and an outer periphery fixing part on an outer periphery, the deforming action part is formed into a shape curved toward an exterior of the diaphragm, a folded part is formed in a connecting portion of the deforming action part and the outer periphery fixing part and is opened to an inner diameter side, and the folded part is movable in a radial direction.

Metal diaphragm damper

Disclosed is a metal diaphragm damper that is hard to fracture even when repeated stress is applied thereto. A disk-shaped metal diaphragm damper is provided with diaphragms each having a deformable portion provided at the center and an outer circumferential fixation portion formed by outer circumferential rims of the diaphragms and that is filled with gas. The deformable portion has a third curved portion located at the radially outward side thereof and formed to be bulged; a first curved portion located radially inward of the third curved portion and formed to be bulged out; and a second curved portion located between the third curved portion and the first curved portion. The second curved portion includes at least one curved wall part which is formed to be dented in.

A metal diaphragm damper includes disc-shaped damper main body having two diaphragms between which a gas is sealed and each of which is provided with a deformable portion at the center thereof and two regulation members that are disposed outside of the deformable portions of the two diaphragms. The metal diaphragm damper includes a first welding part provided with a first welding layer WDthat seals an annular periphery portion of the regulation member and an outer edge portion of the diaphragm, and a second welding layer WDthat seals an annular periphery portion of the other regulation member and an outer edge portion of the other diaphragm. The metal diaphragm damper further includes a second welding part provided with a welding layer WDthat seals the annular periphery portions of the two regulation members.

Metal diaphragm damper and manufacturing method for the same

A damper device is provided in a flow passage of a fluid. The damper device includes a plurality of diaphragm dampers that are stacked together. Each of the plurality of diaphragm dampers includes a first flexible portion, a second flexible portion, and a rim including a welded portion. A peripheral edge of the first flexible portion and a peripheral edge of the second flexible portion are welded together in the welded portion. Each of the plurality of diaphragm dampers is configured to seal a gas in an inner region between the first flexible portion and the second flexible portion. A coupler that couples the plurality of diaphragm dampers together includes holders that hold the rims of the plurality of diaphragm dampers. A gap is provided between the holder of the coupler and the welded portion of each of the plurality of diaphragm dampers.

A coiled wave spring used by a diaphragm damper device and arranged in a fuel chamber defined by a housing and a cover is provided. The coiled wave spring is configured to be arranged between a diaphragm damper of the diaphragm damper device and the cover. The coiled wave spring is configured to fix the diaphragm damper to the housing with its elastic force. The coiled wave spring includes a coil portion, a winding initiation portion, and a winding termination portion. The winding initiation portion and the winding termination portion form flat seat windings. The seat windings each have a larger outer diameter than the coil portion. One of the seat windings is configured to be fixed to the diaphragm damper.

Peripheral sections of two diaphragms are stacked on each other. The peripheral sections of the two diaphragms form an outer rim of a diaphragm damper. The outer rim is continuously sealed and joined by laser welding over the entire circumference of the outer rim. The thickness of the tip of the outer rim is set in correspondence with the spot diameter of a laser beam at the tip of the outer rim. A weld bead is formed by welding in the entire area of the tip of the outer rim.

Diaphragm damper

A holding member for a diaphragm damper device including a plurality of diaphragm dampers is formed from an elastic member. The holding member includes a band that can be elastically tightened to circumferential walls of two adjacent ones of the diaphragm dampers and hooks arranged on two sides of the band. The hooks elastically hold each of the diaphragm dampers that are stacked.

An upper surface of the center portion is formed in a planar shape spreading in a first direction and a second direction orthogonal thereto in a conductive state.
