A valve device includes a body that defines a passage through which a fluid flows, a shaft that is movably supported with respect to the body and defines an axis, a valve element that is fixed to the shaft to open and close the passage; and a cylindrical bearing bush that movably supports the shaft with respect to the body, in which the bearing bush includes a mixed region in which a metal core material and expanded graphite are mixed with each other, and a first expanded graphite region made of only the expanded graphite such that the metal core material is not exposed in an inner circumferential side region in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the shaft.

This valve device is provided with: a body () that has at least one passage () for passing a fluid and valve shaft holes (); a valve shaft (), which is passed through the valve shaft holes so as to be rotatable; and butterfly valves (), which are fixed on the valve shaft and are for opening and closing the passages (). The butterfly valves () are disposed so as to close the passages () on a downstream side or an upstream side of the valve shaft holes () in a flow direction of the fluid. As a result, it is possible to prevent fluid leakage and achieve effective utilization of exhaust heat in an exhaust heat recovery system.

Valve device and exhaust heat recovery system

This valve device includes a body having passages and valve shaft holes, a valve shaft passed through the valve shaft holes in a rotatable manner, and butterfly valves. The butterfly valves include first contour parts and second contour parts forming outer contour parts that are smaller than the first contour parts. The first and second contour parts are fixed to the valve shaft in order to close off the passages at positions set apart from the valve shaft holes toward the downstream side (upstream side) of the passages, and are disposed flanking a straight line parallel to the valve shaft to form prescribed outer contour parts. The body includes first seal parts with which the first contour parts are brought into contact and second seal parts with which the second contour parts are brought into contact within the passages. Fluid leakage in a closed state can thereby be reliably prevented.

A polygon mirror is made up of a rotor including a ceramic ring, a yoke and a mirror surface formation member. The yoke and the mirror surface formation member are secured to an outer periphery of the ceramic ring. A radial dynamic pressure bearing is defined by an inner periphery of the ceramic ring and an outer periphery of the fixing shaft. A thrust dynamic pressure bearing is defined by both end surfaces of the ceramic ring and surfaces of a thrust plate fixedly secured to the stator and confronting both end surfaces of the ceramic ring. The ceramic ring, the yoke and the mirror surface formation member are integrated by the material making up the mirror surface formation member during the molding of the member to form the rotor.
