In a composite audio-video apparatus, when a user operates a remote controller and sends a DVD reproducing command, a remote control receiving section receives the DVD reproducing command and outputs it into a VCR control section and DVD control section. The DVD control section controls a DVD reproduce section to reproduce a DVD, and the DVD control section sends a direction signal to the VCR control section. When the VCR control section receives the direction signal, the VCR control section sends an image changeover signal to an image output section, and the image output section is set its image inputting source to the DVD reproduce section. The image reproduced by the DVD reproduce section is outputted to a television set via the image output section.

Composite audio-video apparatus

An information recording device according to the present invention includes an HDD, a DVDand a VCR. During transferring and recording information from DVDonto VCR, a transfer control circuitshort-circuits between an input node and an output node. Accordingly, an image signal line Lor Lis electrically connected to an image signal line Lthrough a switch SW and transfer control circuit. Namely, information is transmitted to the VCR without providing a direct information transmission path from DVDto VCR. The configuration according to the present invention enables bidirectionally transferring information among HDD, DVDand VCRwith a single switch, thereby enabling dubbing with a simple configuration.

A first controller and a second controller for controlling corresponding electronic devices, which are incorporated in a composite electronic apparatus, are connected in parallel to a display driver via a serial communication line. When the first controller controls the display driver, the first controller outputs a first control signal to the second controller so as to put a three-state output terminal of the second controller in a high impedance state. When the first controller does not control the display driver, the first controller outputs a second control signal to the second controller so as to allow the second controller to control the display driver, and puts a three-state output terminal thereof in a high impedance state.

A servo control apparatus for controlling a rotation speed of a motor such as a capstan motor or a drum motor for a video tape recorder. In the servo control apparats, a control value generating unit generates a control value on the basis of a difference between the rotation speed of the motor detected by a rotation speed detecting unit and a desired value of the rotation speed. When a deviation value representing a difference between the control value generated by the control value generating unit and an ideal control value representing an ideal value of the control value is constant for a predetermined period of time, an error state monitoring unit outputs the deviation value. An adding unit adds the control value generated by the control value generating unit with the deviation value to obtain a result of addition, and a drive voltage generating unit drives the motor by a drive voltage according to the result of addition from the adding unit.
