The pharmaceutical injection device of the present invention comprises an inner case () in which is mounted a preparation syringe () having an identification code (), a piston driving motor () that drives the preparation syringe () mounted in this inner case (), and a code reader () that reads the identification code () of the preparation syringe (). A slide motor () is provided that drives the preparation syringe () mounted in the inner case () and/or the code reader (), so that the identification code () is read by the code reader ().

Pharmaceutical injection device

A lancet is pressed against a puncture needle cartridge while fitting a puncture needle loading inlet of the lancet to the axis of a puncture needle on the puncture needle cartridge. In order to facilitate the operation, one of plural puncture needles, arranged in parallel, is tilted up from its initial position at a predetermined angle, and the puncture needle is guided into a puncture needle holding rod of the lancet. Simultaneously, the puncture needle is pressed up to a position where the rear end part of the needle pushes the bottom surface of a puncture needle loading chamber of the puncture needle holding rod, whereby the puncture needle is loaded. When discarding a used puncture needle, the puncture needle is inserted into a lancet guide member of the puncture needle cartridge, whereby the puncture needle is reliably captured to be discarded.

A carrying case () for a pharmaceutical injection device () administering a pharmaceutical to a living body includes a case unit () and an electric charging device (). The case unit () accommodates the pharmaceutical injection device (). The electric charging device () is mounted in the case unit (), includes an electric charging terminal () electrically connectable to the pharmaceutical injection device (), and electrically charges the pharmaceutical injection device (). The carrying case () can prevent troubles including such a situation that a user cannot charge the pharmaceutical injection device () while being out with the carrying case.
