An isothermal container includes: a vacuum heat insulating container; a vacuum heat insulating lid configured to close the vacuum heat insulating container; a body protection case, and a lid outer protection case and lid inner protection case that cover outside of the vacuum heat insulating container and outside of the vacuum heat insulating lid, respectively; a box body housed inside the vacuum heat insulating container; a box lid configured to close the box body; and a cold storage agent provided on a bottom portion and a wall portion of the box body and the box lid. Outer and inner cover materials are joined together at faces facing the vacuum heat insulating lid among faces constituting the wall portion of the vacuum heat insulating container. A joined part of the materials is located inside the body protection case without being exposed to the outer surface of the body protection case.

A thermostatic container includes: a vacuum heat insulating container; a vacuum heat insulating lid configured to close the vacuum heat insulating container; a box body housed inside the vacuum heat insulating container; a box lid configured to close the box body; and a phase change material provided on a bottom portion and a wall portion of the box body and the box lid. An area made of a radio wave transmissive organic substance is provided on a path leading from inside of the box body to outside of the heat insulating container.

Thermostatic container

A vacuum heat insulator according to the present invention includes a core material and an outer packaging material including an inner plate and an outer plate each of which includes a resin sheet. The core material is covered by the outer packaging material. The vacuum heat insulator further includes a heat welded part formed by welding a part of the inner plate and a part of the outer plate. The heat welded part has a recess having a thickness that is 50% or less of an average thickness of the heat welded part. As a result thereof, the adhesion and airtightness of the heat welded part can be maintained, and a highly reliable vacuum heat insulator can be provided.

A constant temperature container includes a heat insulating container formed by disposing a core material between an outer cover material and an inner cover material and sealing the core material in a reduced-pressure state. The core material includes a first core material, the first core material being an organic substance made of open-cell foam, and a second core material having a lower thermal conductivity than the first core material at a vacuum degree of 100 Pa or less.

Constant temperature container

A thermally insulated container includes a container main body having a storage section and an opening, a lid body that covers the opening of the container main body, and an inner box stored in the storage section. The lid body has a convex portion arranged along a periphery of the opening of the container main body and protruding toward an inside of the storage section when the lid body covers the opening. The convex portion faces the inner box, with a gap between the convex portion and the inner box when the lid body covers the opening.

Thermally insulated container

A vacuum-sealing device includes external cylinder part (B) which includes a distal end face that is brought into airtight contact with an outer face of a container that is a vacuum-sealing target to cover an exhaust hole of the container, and includes body part (A) provided within external cylinder part (B) and movable forward and backward along an axial center of external cylinder part (B). The vacuum-sealing device further includes driver () that moves external cylinder part (B) and body part (A) forward and backward in the direction of extension of the axial center of external cylinder part (B), and heater () that heats distal end portion () of body part (A). Exhaust space () communicating with the distal end face of external cylinder part (B) is formed between an outer circumferential face of distal end portion () of body part (A) and an inner circumferential face of external cylinder part (B).

A vacuum heat insulator includes inner box (), external plate (), and gas barrier container (). Gas barrier container () includes core material (), first member () that has a box shape including a first opening portion, and second member () that tightly closes the first opening portion. Core material () is disposed inside first member (). Inner box () includes a second opening portion. Gas barrier container () is disposed inside inner box (). The second opening portion is closed by external plate (). First member () has such a shape that an outer face of first member () fits with an inner face of inner box ().

Vacuum heat insulator, heat insulation device provided with same, and method for manufacturing vacuum heat insulator

A vacuum insulation body includes an outer box (), an inner box (), open-cell urethane foam () in the insulation space () between the outer box () and the inner box (); and a vacuum outlet () in one of the outer box () and the inner box (). The urethane foam () includes a through passage () leading to the vacuum outlet (). The vacuum outlet () is sealed after the insulation space () filled with the urethane foam () is vacuum-evacuated.
