A shoe sole includes a first sole layer including a first region having a first rigidity, and a plurality of second regions having a second rigidity that is more flexible than the first rigidity. The plurality of the second regions extends in a longitudinal direction of the shoe sole. The plurality of the second regions is spaced from a toe edge of the first sole layer, and is spaced from a heel edge of the first sole layer. The plurality of the second regions has arcuate shapes bending in a same lateral direction.

Shoe sole

A shoe sole includes a first sole layer, a second sole layer and a third sole layer. The first sole layer includes a first region, a second region and a cleat engagement part. The second sole layer at least partly overlaps the first sole layer. The second sole layer is disposed between the first and third sole layers. The second region s more flexible than the first region. The second sole layer is more flexible than the first region. The third sole layer is less rigid than the first region. The second region includes at least one elongated through opening of located laterally between the cleat engagement part and at least one of the side edges of the first sole layer. The third sole layer includes at least one opening aligned with the at least one elongated through opening.

A shoe sole is basically provided with a first layer and a second layer. The second layer is coupled to the first layer. The second layer has a forefoot part and a tarsal part. The forefoot part extends along the first layer and the tarsal part is configured to be displaceable relative to the first layer.

A shoe sole includes a first sole layer including a first region having a first rigidity, and a second region extending in a longitudinal direction of the shoe sole. The upper includes a first surface and a second surface opposite side of the first surface. The shoelace tightener is disposed to the upper. The shoelace is coupled to the shoelace tightener. The shoelace includes a first shoelace portion entirely extending on the first surface, and a second shoelace portion entirely extending on the second surface. The first shoelace portion and the second shoelace portion cross one another via the first surface and the second surface.

A shoe includes a shoe body, an elongated tightening member, at least one hook and an intermediate attaching member. The shoe body includes a sole and an upper mounted on the sole. The elongated tightening member has a first end, a second end and an intermediate part between the first end and the second end. The first end is attached to a first attaching position located on a front side of the upper. The second end is detachably attached to a second attaching position located rearward of the first end in the longitudinal direction of the upper. The hook is located rearward of the first attaching position and forward of the second attaching position, and enables the tightening member to be wound and hooked to the hook. Shoe

A shoe basically includes an upper and a sole. The sole is attached to the upper. The sole includes an outsole and a first midsole. The first midsole has a fore part, a first heel part, a second heel part and a boundary part. The first heel part is at least partly disposed along a longitudinal centerline of the shoe and configured to support a center part of a heel. The second heel part is disposed laterally outward of the longitudinal centerline of the shoe and configured to support an outer part of the heel. The boundary part is provided between the first heel part and the second heel part such that the first heel part and the second heel part are movable relative to one another.

A cleat adapter system is provided for a cycling shoe. The cleat adapter system comprises a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion, an actuator, a communicator and a controller. The first connecting portion is configured to be connected to a cleat. The second connecting portion is connected to the first connecting portion. The actuator operatively is coupled to one of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The second connecting portion is configured to adjust a relative position between the first connecting portion and the second connection portion. The communicator is configured to receive at least one of bicycle information and user information. The controller operatively couples the actuator and the communicator. The controller is configured to control the actuator to adjust the relative position based on at least one of the bicycle information and the user information.

Cleat adapter system

A shoe includes a sole, an upper and a strap. The upper is attached to the sole. The strap extends in a width direction of the shoe. The strap includes a proximal end fixed to the upper and a distal end located on an opposite side of the proximal end in the width direction of the shoe. One of the upper and the strap includes at least one first engaging portion, whereas the other of the upper and the strap includes at least one second engaging portion that is engaged with the at least one first engaging portion while extending in a direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of the shoe where the distal end is held against the upper.

A bicycle shoe includes a sole. The sole includes a recess, which is recessed from a bottom surface of the sole. The recess is defined by a bottom portion and lateral surfaces. The bottom portion has a lateral dimension, which is greater than or equal to 20 millimeters and less than or equal to 45 millimeters.
