A compressor includes a tilting pad bearing supporting a rotating shaft in a casing. The tilting pad bearing includes a bearing pad being in sliding contact with an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft and a pivot supporting the bearing pad in a swingable manner. The casing includes a groove portion having an annular shape recessed in the axial direction and extending in the circumferential direction, and a connection portion configured to connect an inner circumferential region of an inner side in the radial direction with respect to the groove portion to an outer circumferential region of the outer side in the radial direction with respect to the groove portion. The connection portion overlaps with the pivot as viewed from the axial direction.

Compressor

A compressor includes a cylindrical casing, a bundle which includes a tubular stationary member and a rotor accommodated into the tubular stationary member, the bundle being configured to be inserted into an inner portion of the casing, and a roller configured to roll on an inner circumferential surface of the casing while supporting the bundle when the bundle is inserted into the inner portion of the casing along an axial direction. An outer circumferential surface of the roller is a continuous convex curved surface defined such that a curvature radius of an end side curved surface portion along a rotating shaft of the roller is smaller than a curvature radius of a center curved surface portion.

This compressor inserting and removing device () is provided with: an intermediate supporting portion () which supports a bundle (), prior to insertion from a horizontal axis (L) direction into a compressor casing () taking the form of a tube centered around the horizontal axis (L), from an outer peripheral side of the bundle (), at a position that is closer to the insertion side of the bundle () than an end portion () on the side opposite to the insertion side of the bundle (); a moving portion () which makes it possible for the intermediate supporting portion () and the compressor casing () to move relative to one another in the horizontal axis Ldirection; a threaded rod () which extends parallel to the horizontal axis (L), and which is fixed at a distal end () thereof to a fixing hole () formed in an end surface () at the insertion side of the compressor casing (), and which passes through through-holes (and) formed in the intermediate supporting portion (); and a nut () which is attached to the threaded rod (), in such a way as to be capable of coming into contact with the intermediate supporting portion (), from the side that is closer to the rear end portion () of the bundle () than the intermediate supporting portion ().

Inserting and removing device for compressor, and method of inserting and removing bundle

This compressor assembly method involves: an arrangement step in which a bundle () is arranged such that an external travel device () can travel on a base surface () and an internal travel device can travel on the inner peripheral surface () of a casing (); a vertical position adjustment step in which, while measuring the relative positions in the vertical direction of the inner peripheral surface () of the casing () and the outer peripheral surface () of the bundle () at the opening () of the casing, the height position of the bundle () supported by the outside travel device () is adjusted on the basis of the measured relative positions in the vertical direction; and an insertion step in which the bundle () is inserted into the casing () while the vertical position adjustment step is performed.

A method for assembling a compressor comprises: a bundle arrangement step in which a bundle is arranged behind the opening of a casing in the insertion direction; a first insertion step in which the front end of the bundle is inserted into the casing by moving the bundle by means of both an outside traveling device and an intermediate traveling device; and a second insertion step in which the intermediate traveling device is removed from the bundle and the bundle is inserted further inward into the casing by moving the bundle by means of both an inside traveling device and the outside traveling device.

A bundle guiding device includes an inner roller mounted on a front portion of a bundle in an insertion direction where the bundle is to be inserted into a casing and configured to roll on an inner peripheral surface of the casing, an outer roller mounted on a rear portion of the bundle in the insertion direction where the bundle is to be inserted into the casing and configured to travel on a rail member, and a position adjusting mechanism configured to adjust a position of the bundle in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the insertion direction by applying an adjusting force to a receiving portion, one of the position adjusting mechanism and the receiving portion being on the bundle, and the other of the position adjusting mechanism and the receiving portion being on one of a base surface and the rail member.

Bundle guiding device of compressor and bundle guiding method of compressor

A compressor comprises a casing, a bundle which is housed inside the casing, and an inner roller which is provided at a front of the bundle in the inserting direction and rolls on an inner circumferential surface of the casing, a sealing surface protruded from the inner circumferential surface toward an inner circumferential side of the casing in a radial direction, a recess which is provided on the inner circumferential surface and in which the inner roller is settled when the bundle is housed inside the casing, a sealing member provided on an outer circumferential surface of the bundle and abutting on the sealing surface of the casing when the bundle is housed inside the casing. An extension part extending the sealing surface to a front side thereof in the insertion direction of the bundle is provided in the inner circumferential surface of the casing.
