A striking tool having an ejecting path of a fastener which is formed in a nose part, and configured to sequentially strike fasteners supplied to the nose part, includes an attachment member that can be attached to and detached from a tip end of the nose part. Method of amplifying a polynucleotide of interest

A driving pistonis provided slidably up and down in a driving cylinderarranged in a tool body. By moving a movable sleeveprovided at the upper portion of the driving cylinderup and down, the movable sleeveis brought into contact with and separated from the driving cylinderand a cylinder headprovided above the driving cylinder, whereby a combustion chamber can be opened and closed. Mixture gas obtained by stirring and mixing combustible gas and air together in the combustion chamber by a fanis ignited by an ignition plugdisposed at the cylinder headand explosively combusted. By this high-pressure combustion gas, the driving pistonis impulsively driven, and a drivercoupled to the lower surface side of the driving piston drives nails. Between an exposed base portion of a center electrode of the ignition plugwhich is exposed to the outside facedown and a leading end of the center electrode, there is provided a stagnation partwhich stagnates temporarily a residue remaining after the combustion of the mixture gas.

A nailing machine includes a switch operating memberfor setting to switch respective modes of single striking and continuous striking, and pivot restricting mechanism for restricting a contact leverfor operating a valve stemof a start valvefrom being pivoted in cooperation with the switch operating memberset to switch to the single striking mode. Nailing machine

In the side portion of a nose portion disposed in the leading end portion of a nailing machine main body, a guide port is formed for guiding a nail supplied from a magazine. The opening end of a nail passage formed in the magazine is butted against the opening end of the guide port, and the nails in the nail passage can be sequentially pushed out by a pusher from the guide port to the nose portion. The inner wall of the guide port adjacent to the magazine is extended and inserted into the nail passage of the magazine, and the end portion of the extended inner wall is connected and continuous with the wall surface of the nail passage.
