An object of the present invention is to provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution battery capable of showing high output characteristics at a low temperature even after the battery is used to some extent, and capable of showing good high-rate properties, and further capable of showing sufficient performance again at low temperature even after stored at a high temperature. The present invention is characterized in the use of a nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing a nonaqueous organic solvent and an electrolyte dissolved in the nonaqueous organic solvent, the nonaqueous electrolytic solution comprising a difluoro ionic complex (1-Cis) in a cis configuration represented by the general formula (1-Cis), and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a carbonate having an unsaturated bond, a carbonate having a fluorine atom, an acid anhydride, and a compound having an isocyanato group.

Disclosed is a proton conducting polymer membrane formed by laminating a plurality of solid electrolyte membranes. This proton conducting polymer membrane is one prepared by laminating at least one layer of a solid electrolyte membrane formed by using a resin having a bis(perfluoroalkanesulfonyl)methide group in the chemical structure. This solid electrolyte membrane has a superior proton conductivity without transmitting the fuel (methanol or hydrogen).

The present invention relates to a multichannel optical path changing device that is constituted of resin optical waveguides and mirrors and that changes a direction of an optical path. The first method comprises steps of forming a parallelepiped block on a substrate by a cladding resin; forming a film of a core layer to cover the block by a core resin; and simultaneously forming cores having an optical path direction rectangularly changed, by selectively etching the core layer and the block. The second method comprises steps of forming a film of a core layer on a substrate by a resin; and simultaneously forming a plurality of cores having an optical path rectangularly changed, by selectively etching the core layer, under a condition that their positional relationship is maintained.
