A medicament-packing unit contains a sheet feeder, a medicament-feeding hopper and a heat-sealing section. The sheet feeder feeds a packing sheet, folded into two in a longitudinal direction, to the heat-sealing section. The medicament-feeding hopper provides a medicament on the packing sheet fed by the sheet feeder. The heat-sealing section seals the packing sheet to pack the medicament provided on the packing sheet. The heat-sealing section contains a horizontal sealing roller, a first drive motor, a vertical sealing roller, a second drive motor, and a motor controller. The horizontal sealing roller seals the packing sheet in a horizontal direction. The first drive motor drives the horizontal sealing roller. The vertical sealing roller seals the packing sheet in a vertical direction. The second drive motor drives the vertical sealing roller. The motor controller controls the first drive motor and the second drive motor.

Medicine packing unit and packing control method thereof

A medicine packing apparatus in which a packing sheet () can be printed with predetermined information by a printing device (). In the apparatus medicine can be fed into the packing sheet () by a medicine feeder (), and the packing sheet () can be sealed by a sealing device () to pack the medicine in a single package. The sealing device () is provided with conveyance portion () for conveying the packing sheet (). In the middle of a conveyance path from the printing device () to the sealing device (), there are provided a moving mechanism () which comes into contact with the packing sheet () and moves so that the tension of the packing sheet () is held at a constant value, and a position detector () which detects a moved position of the moving mechanism (). After the packing sheet () is conveyed by the conveyance portion () and the position detector () detects a predetermined moved position, printing by the printing device () is started.

Medicine packaging device

A medicine packing apparatus including a display unit with which a medicine housed state can be easily determined, operatability is made favorable, and prescription data can also be input. The apparatus also includes a plurality of medicine containers (), which each contain a medicine and is equipped with a medicine identification unit (). The containers are housed in a medicine housing rack (). A medicine included in prescription data is fed from the medicine containerby medicine feeder (). The medicine fed from a medicine feeder () is packaged by medicine a packing device (). Medicine data is read from the medicine identification unit () of the medicine container () by a reader (), and housing site data of the medicine container () and medicine data of a medicine contained in the medicine container () are stored. An arrangement screen including an arrangement view of the medicine containers () corresponding to medicine names is displayed in display (), based on data stored in the memory ().
