A mold includes a pair of first mold parts, a pair of second mold parts, and a pair of third mold parts that define six surfaces of a molded body substantially having a rectangular parallelepiped shape. At least one of the pair of third mold parts includes an upper mold part and a lower mold part. The upper mold part defines an upper space of a molding space, and the lower mold part defines a lower space of the molding space. The upper mold part and the lower mold part are individually slidable. The lower mold part protrudes toward the molding space with respect to the upper mold part so that a step portion is formed. The upper mold part is slidable in cooperation with the lower mold part in a state in which the step portion is formed or absent.

A method for safely and efficiently producing high-purity dialkylaminosilane. Dialkylamine is fed simultaneously during feeding chlorosilane in the presence of metal to cause reaction. For example, chlorosilane and dialkylamine are fed, and then only dialkylamine is fed to cause reaction, whereby dialkylaminosilane is produced.

Method for producing dialkylaminosilane

Shown is a method for producing an N-silylaminoalkylsilane compound. The N-silylaminoalkylsilane compound is produced by allowing an aminoalkylsilane compound to react with a monochlorosilane compound in the presence of a tertiary amine compound having an acid dissociation constant (pKa) of 7 or more and a polar surface area (PSA) of 12 &#x212b;or more. The aminoalkylsilane compound is a compound represented by formula (1), for example. In formula (1), Ris alkyl having 1 to 5 carbons; Ris hydrogen, phenyl or 2-aminoethyl; m is 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; and n is 0, 1 or 2. A reaction is as described in (ZZ) below, for example. 

Method for producing N-silylaminoalkylsilane compound

In a method for synthesizing dialkylaminosilane from a reaction of dialkylamine with chlorosilane as the method for producing dialkylaminosilane, a large amount of dialkylamine hydrochloride is produced as a by-product, in addition to objective dialkylaminosilane. Therefore, upon obtaining objective dialkylaminosilane, reduction of volumetric efficiency caused by a large amount of a solvent is prevented, and dialkylaminosilane is produced at a low cost and in a large amount. Dialkylaminosilane having a small halogen content is produced with high volumetric efficiency by using, as a solvent upon allowing dialkylamine to react with chlorosilane, an aprotic polar solvent having high solubility in dialkylamine hydrochloride and metal chloride each produced as a by-product by the reaction, and straight-chain or branched hydrocarbon having high solubility in dialkylaminosilane and hard to dissolve a halogen compound therein.

Provided is a production method and a production apparatus using a method for producing a solid product by a reaction of gaseous raw materials with a plurality of components including a step of conducting the reaction using a reactor disposed in a vertical direction; a step of feeding the gaseous raw materials with a plurality of components from the upper part of the reactor; a step of, in the lower part of the reactor, forming a seal gas layer composed of a gas having a high density and fed continuously from the lower part of the reactor; a step of discharging an exhaust gas containing a by-product gas generated by the reaction and unreacted gaseous raw materials from somewhere in the upper part of the formed seal gas layer; and a step of accommodating a solid product in the seal gas layer of the lower part.

In the production process of the present invention for high purity polycrystal silicon, using a vertical reactor having a silicon chloride gas-feeding nozzle and a reducing agent gas-feeding nozzle which are disposed at an upper part and a waste gas discharge pipe, a silicon chloride gas and a reducing agent gas are fed into the reactor to form polycrystal silicon at a tip part of the silicon chloride gas-feeding nozzle by the reaction of the silicon chloride gas with the reducing agent gas, and the polycrystal silicon is allowed to grow from the tip part of the silicon chloride gas-feeding nozzle toward a lower part thereof.
